Uttaranchal Ayurvedic College, Dehradun is a reputed private Ayurvedic institution established in 2001 with the objective of promoting and developing the Indian systems of medicine. Founded under the chairmanship of Dr. Ashawani Kamboj and currently managed by Director Dr. Sumit Kamboj, the college is affiliated with Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar, and Shri Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar. Uttarakhand Ayurved University is the first AYUSH University in Uttarakhand, offering courses through its campuses at Haridwar and Dehradun in faculties such as Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Yoga & Naturopathy, Biomedical Sciences, and Pharmaceutical Sciences. As per NCISM guidelines and Government of India regulations, the University conducts centralized online counseling for UG admissions (2025–26) to B.A.M.S., B.H.M.S., B.U.M.S., and B.N.Y.S. courses in its campuses and affiliated government and private colleges of Uttarakhand. Admissions are done through NEET (UG)-2025 based on merit, eligibility and choice filling, following the rules issued by the Central and State Governments.

Eligibility Criteria: For admission to AYUSH UG courses (BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and BNYS) through UAUC-UG 2025–26 the candidate must be an Indian citizen and must have qualified NEET (UG)-2025. The applicant should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Biotechnology as subjects. The minimum age requirement and other conditions shall be as per the latest guidelines issued by the NEET-2025 conducting authority, NCISM/CCH, Government of India, Government of Uttarakhand, and Hon’ble Courts, and the candidate must have attained 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of admission, with no upper age limit. Admission will be based on NEET-2025 merit, with minimum qualifying percentile of 50th for UR/EWS, 40th for SC/ST/OBC, and 45th for UR/EWS-PwD and 40th for SC/ST/OBC-PwD candidates. For State Quota seats, candidates must be domicile/permanent residents of Uttarakhand or have passed 10+2 from an institution located in Uttarakhand, as per applicable rules, while All India Quota seats are open to eligible candidates from all states. Reservation and relaxation, wherever applicable, will be provided as per Government norms, and valid domicile and category certificates must be produced at the time of admission.

COUNSELLING PROCEDURE:-

All NEET (UG)-2025 qualified and eligible candidates wishing to participate in UG State or All India quota counselling must register themselves for counselling as per the prescribed procedure, and only registered candidates will be eligible for that particular round. Candidates who do not register in the first round may participate in the second, third, or Mop-Up rounds after fresh registration and payment of the required fee. During registration, candidates must compulsorily provide their NEET-2025 roll number, application number, valid mobile number, and other required details. Registration and choice filling/upgradation are mandatory for each round as per the counselling schedule, and spot registration will not be entertained. Candidates who fail to register or upgrade for a specific round will not be considered for seat allotment in that round. If a seat allotted in the first round is not joined, the candidate may participate in the second round but cannot claim the previously allotted seat. Candidates admitted in the second round who wish to resign or surrender their seat must apply through the concerned college Principal to the Registrar, UAU, Dehradun, and report in person to the counselling board before the third or Mop-Up round, and such candidates cannot reclaim the surrendered seat. Seat upgradation is permitted only from round I to round II, and if upgraded, the earlier allotted seat is automatically cancelled and allotted to the next eligible candidate. Fresh choice filling is compulsory in each round, candidates may fill any number of choices in order of preference and eligibility, and are advised to exercise choices carefully, as allotments once made will not be altered and the University/Counselling Board will not be responsible for any errors made by the candidate.

First Round	Candidates have to online register (including payment of required registration) themselves and fill choices as per their preference & eligibility to become eligible for first round of counseling. Candidates must keep a print copy of the online choice filled form for future reference. The College allotment letter will be available online along with necessary instructions in the University website only. The printout of this allotment letter will have to be produced by the candidate at the time of admission to the college allotted. No extension of last date of admission will be permitted. Candidates who are allotted the seats will have to secure admission in the concerned AYUSH colleges on or before the last date of admission of that particular round otherwise admission stands cancelled automatically. Candidates allotted/admitted to the institution/college in the first round of counseling can exercise option to participate in second round of counseling for up gradation. Round 1 candidate can upgrade from their allotted seat, if he/she is not satisfied. He/she can still participate in Round 2. Candidate can generate his/her allotment letter only after deposition of security fee (Rs. 15000 for U.G) which would be refundable after last round of counseling, once the candidate has taken admission. The security fee (Rs.15000) will be forfeited if a candidate does not join the allotted seat of Round1 or surrender/withdraw the seat allotted in Round-1. Further, the security fee will also be forfeited if the allotted seat of Round-1 is cancelled due to any unforeseen reason from the candidate’s end. For example, the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later cancelled by the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or fails to produce the required documents at the time of admission. However, if the admitted candidate opts for upgradation in Round 2, the same Security fee will carry forwarded. Candidates who have taken admission against the allotted seats will be permitted for course/college/quota up-gradation up to second round of counseling only. The registered candidate who does not get allotment to any College may participate in the next round of counseling.
Second Round	The following group of candidates are eligible for 2nd Round of allotment: - Group–I : Registered candidates who did not get any seat allotment in the 1st round. Group–II : Candidates who have reported/joined at allotted institute during 1st round of allotment and wants to participate for second roundup-gradation. Group-III : Candidates who have been allotted a seat but not joined. Group-IV : Candidates who are registering for the first time. New/Fresh Candidates have to online register (including payment of required registration) themselves and fill choices as per their preference & eligibility to become eligible for second round of counseling. However already registered Candidates & candidates opting for up gradation have to opt for upgradation without payment of registration fee. Candidates who have admitted against round I or II allotted seat and want to Resign/Surrender the Seat he/she has apply through college principal to Registrar, UAU, Dehradun before Mop-Up Round of the Counseling. Candidate will not claim for the seat once resigned/surrendered. Candidates who are allotted the seats will have to secure admission in the concerned AYUSH College on or before the last date of admission of that particular round otherwise admission stands cancelled automatically. Candidate can generate his/her allotment letter only after deposition of security fee (Rs. 15000 for U.G) which would be refundable after last round of counseling, once the candidate has taken admission. The security fee will be forfeited if a candidate does not join the allotted seat of Round-2 or surrender/withdraw the seat allotted in Round-2. IIIrd / Mop Up Round	The following categories of candidates are eligible for IIIrd / Mop-up Round: - o Candidates who are registering for the first time. o Candidates who have registered but not allotted seat in Round I & Round II. o All candidates except those who have taken admission in Round I or Round II. o Candidates who have resigned/surrendered his/her allotted seats after admission in a college/campus and had applied for the same through college principal to Registrar, UAU. Candidates have to online register themselves to become eligible to IIIrd / Mop -UP Round Counseling. Eligible candidates will have to present him/her in front of counseling board at the designated counseling venue as per schedule date and time, for seat allotment along with required original document. No TA or any other allowances will be given to him/her. Candidate can generate his/her allotment letter only after deposition of security fee (Rs. 15000 for U.G) which would be refundable after last round of counseling, once the candidate has taken admission. Round-1/Round-2 admitted candidates can withdraw/surrender their admitted seat with forfeiture of security fee before the commencement of registration of IIIrd / Mop-up round. After the said period, candidates will not be allowed to withdraw/surrender their admitted seat of Round-2. If they do so, they will be ineligible for any further AYUSH counseling. The security fee will be forfeited if a candidate does not join the allotted seat of IIIrd / Mop-up round or surrender/withdraw the seat allotted in Mop-up round. Further, the security fee will also be forfeited if the allotted seat of IIIrd / Mop-up round is cancelled due to any unforeseen reason from the candidate’s end. For example, the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later cancelled by the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or fails to produce the required documents at the time of admission.
NOTE: University can conduct stray vacancy round if any seats remain vacant even after the IIIrd / mopup round. (The admissions are subjected to the final decision of Counseling Board).
Round specific additional instructions will be displayed separately on University website Candidates are advised to visit the University website regularly for updates regarding counseling. No personal intimation will be sent.
NOTE: While filling the online counselling form, candidates are advised to fill the details and upload relevant documents correctly and carefully, as once the form is submitted, it will be considered as final and no change will be entertained thereafter for that particular round.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE: Candidates must report personally to the allotted college office to deposit the required fee and complete the admission process. They are required to visit the allotted college within the specified period along with the documents mentioned in point 7.4.11 for completion of further admission formalities. The admission process shall be considered complete only after the candidate receives the admission letter issued by the concerned college within the time period mentioned in the allotment letter; therefore, candidates must make all necessary arrangements in advance to ensure completion of the entire admission process within the stipulated time of that particular round.

Uttarakhand Ayurved University Centralized Counseling conducts BAMS/BHMS/BUMS PG Courses counseling For Uttaranchal Ayurvedic College

Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must be an Indian citizen, hold a BAMS degree or provisional degree from a university recognized by CCIM/NCISM, have completed 12 months of Rotatory Compulsory Internship by 31 July 2025, be registered with a State Council/CCIM/NCISM, and be included in the AIA-PGET-2025 common merit list. Uttarakhand domicile candidates who passed BAMS either within or outside Uttarakhand are eligible, while non-domicile candidates who passed BAMS from Uttarakhand institutions are also eligible but without any reservation benefits; domicile candidates must produce a valid domicile certificate.

Note: Counselling will be conducted on the basis of merit in AIAPGET-2025 as per the following qualifying percentiles:

COUNSELLING REGISTRATION FEE: The online counselling one-time registration fee for UAUC-PG-2025-26 is ₹2,000 for Round 1 and Round 2 for all categories, and fresh candidates registering for the first time in Round 2 are also required to pay ₹2,000. To participate in the Mop-Up Round, all candidates of all categories must again pay a registration fee of ₹2,000. The counselling registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and will not be carried forward if the application is rejected or the candidature is found ineligible; therefore, candidates are strongly advised to carefully read and ensure fulfillment of the eligibility criteria before applying, as only eligible candidates will be considered for counselling and admission. For all rounds of counselling, the registration fee must be paid online only through Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card, and no cheque or demand draft will be accepted.

Candidates who are allotted the seats will have to secure admission in the concerned AYUSH colleges on or before the last date of admission of that particular round otherwise admission stands cancelled automatically. Candidates allotted/admitted to the institution/college in the first round of counseling can exercise option to participate in second round of counseling for up gradation. Round 1 candidate can upgrade from their allotted seat, if he/she is not satisfied. He/she can still participate in Round 2. Candidate can generate his/her allotment letter only after deposition of security fee (Rs. 15000 for U.G) which would be refundable after last round of counseling, once the candidate has taken admission. The security fee (Rs.15000) will be forfeited if a candidate does not join the allotted seat of Round1 or surrender/withdraw the seat allotted in Round-1. Further, the security fee will also be forfeited if the allotted seat of Round-1 is cancelled due to any unforeseen reason from the candidate’s end. For example, the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later cancelled by the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or fails to produce the required documents at the time of admission. However, if the admitted candidate opts for upgradation in Round 2, the same Security fee will carry forwarded. Second Round	The following group of candidates are eligible for 2nd Round of allotment: - Group–I : Registered candidates who did not get any seat allotment in the 1st round. Group–II : Candidates who have reported/joined at allotted institute during 1st round of allotment and wants to participate for second roundup-gradation. Group-III : Candidates who have been allotted a seat but not joined. Group-IV : Candidates who are registering for the first time. New/Fresh Candidates have to online register (including payment of required registration) themselves and fill choices as per their preference & eligibility to become eligible for second round of counseling. However already registered Candidates & candidates opting for up gradation have to opt for upgradation without payment of registration fee. Candidates who have admitted against round I or II allotted seat and want to Resign/Surrender the Seat he/she has apply through college principal to Registrar, UAU, Dehradun before Mop-Up Round of the Counseling. Candidate will not claim for the seat once resigned/surrendered. Candidates who are allotted the seats will have to secure admission in the concerned AYUSH College on or before the last date of admission of that particular round otherwise admission stands cancelled automatically. Candidate can generate his/her allotment letter only after deposition of security fee (Rs. 15000 for U.G) which would be refundable after last round of counseling, once the candidate has taken admission. Candidates have to online register themselves to become eligible to IIIrd / Mop -UP Round Counseling. Eligible candidates will have to present him/her in front of counseling board at the designated counseling venue as per schedule date and time, for seat allotment along with required original document. No TA or any other allowances will be given to him/her. Candidate can generate his/her allotment letter only after deposition of security fee (Rs. 15000 for U.G) which would be refundable after last round of counseling, once the candidate has taken admission. Round-1/Round-2 admitted candidates can withdraw/surrender their admitted seat with forfeiture of security fee before the commencement of registration of IIIrd / Mop-up round. After the said period, candidates will not be allowed to withdraw/surrender their admitted seat of Round-2. If they do so, they will be ineligible for any further AYUSH counseling. The security fee will be forfeited if a candidate does not join the allotted seat of IIIrd / Mop-up round or surrender/withdraw the seat allotted in Mop-up round. Further, the security fee will also be forfeited if the allotted seat of IIIrd / Mop-up round is cancelled due to any unforeseen reason from the candidate’s end. For example, the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later cancelled by the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or fails to produce the required documents at the time of admission.
NOTE: University can conduct stray vacancy round if any seats remain vacant even after the IIIrd / mopup round. (The admissions are subjected to the final decision of Counseling Board).
