The college is affiliated to Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada now which is known as Dr. YSR University of Health Science. The institute has comprehensive facilities for teaching, inexhaustible resources for medical and allied research and provides credible patient care. The college with an annual intake of 50 seats. The institute offers Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery course. Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination with Chemistry, Physics and Biology are eligible for this course. RESERVATIONS:-

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must have secured at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in the 10+2 or equivalent examination for the General category, and 40% aggregate marks for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC).

Candidates who have scored the cutoff marks or higher in NEET UG 2024, conducted by the National Testing Agency, and meet the following criteria are eligible for admission into BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS courses. Eligible candidates must submit their online applications by paying the non-refundable application and processing fee. Additionally, they must upload scanned copies of the required certificates/documents for Competent Authority Quota seats during the application process.

Age and other conditions: -

a) Candidates must be at least 17 years of age by December 31, 2024.
b) Candidates who have not reached 17 years of age by December 31, 2024, are ineligible.
c) Age will be determined based on the date of birth as recorded in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or an equivalent exam.
d) There is no upper age limit for eligibility.
e) English is a mandatory subject for qualification.
f) Admissions will be conducted annually.
g) Candidates must be medically fit for admission.
