Shri Vivekanand Nursing Home Trust is a charitable trust established with objective to impart education & medical facilities in rural area in the year 1973. Keeping the goal of imparting education in mind the Trust has started an Ayurved College with BAMS course in 1991 with a capacity of 50 students per year firstly. Seeing the rush of rural peoples to get medical education trust increased its intake capacity from 50 to 60 students in the year 1999-2000. In the same year Trust was granted permission for Post Graduate M.D./M.S. (Ayurveda.) for 11 seats per year in three subjects (i.e. Kayachikitsa, Stree Rog, Prasuti Tantra). Seeing the interest of students in Ayurveda Trust has started Post Graduate in three new subjects (Ras Shastra, Rognidan & Shalakya Tantra) & increased intake of two subjects (Kayachikitsa & Prasuti Tantra). from 2008-09. The Total capacity of M.D./M.S. (Ayurveda) is 27 seats per year from 2008-09.
