
Shri Krishna Govt. Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Kurukshetra is a Government College established in the year 1972. The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, located in Haryana with an annual intake of 50 seats. This University gives affiliation to all the Govt. and Private colleges of Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha & Homeopathy for U.G. , Diploma and Certificate courses of the State Haryana and also give affiliation for P.G. & Ph.D. courses in near future. Presently the AYUSH university is functioning from the campus of its constitute college Shri Krishna Govt. Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Kurukshetra. It is 5 Km far from Delhi Chandigarh Highway. It has approx. 118 acres of land proposed to accommodate central administrative block, 100 bedded hospital, panchakarma center academic block, herbal garden, hostels, central library, canteen and mess etc.

The allotment of seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For the A.Y 2025-26 M/o Ayush has decided to include the AIQ seats of B. Pharm (Ay) ITRA, Jamnagar, in the AACCC-UG counseling and the allotment for the said seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 as per the eligibility conditions in the relevant Regulations laid down under ITRA Act 2020. The AACCC under the Ministry of Ayush, will conduct four rounds of online counseling for admissions into 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. These rounds include the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds, followed by two phases of the Stray Vacancy Round (SVR-I & SVR-II).

Shri Krishna AYUSH University (SKAU), Kurukshetra is responsible for conducting the centralized online counseling for BAMS/BHMS admissions in Govt., Govt.-Aided, Private Colleges, and Deemed Universities in Haryana and UT Chandigarh.
Eligibility Criteria: A candidate seeking admission to BAMS/BHMS courses in Government/Government Aided AYUSH colleges and Open Merit Category (State Quota) seats in Private AYUSH colleges shall be eligible if he or she is an Indian citizen, is a bona fide resident of Haryana as per the instructions issued by the Chief Secretary to the Government of Haryana with a valid Haryana Residence Certificate issued by the competent authority, fulfills the minimum eligibility criteria and qualifying conditions prescribed in the NEET (UG)-2025 Information Bulletin issued by NTA and as per NCISM/NCH regulations, has obtained the minimum qualifying marks in NEET (UG)-2025, has completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will attain the age of 17 years on or before 31.12.2025 (i.e., born on or before 31.12.2008), and, in the case of Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh, submits relevant category certificates issued by the competent authority; however, for Management Category seats, candidates from all over India are eligible irrespective of their state of domicile or place of study.
Note: The candidate shall have to bring in all the relevant certificates/ documents, in original, as per Annexure-VII at the time of document verification without which their candidature will not be considered for admission to BAMS/BHMS course. Attested photocopies of certificates/ documents will not be considered valid for the purpose of admission.

Instructions / Guidelines:
i. The Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Department of AYUSH, will be the final Appellate Authority for the decisions taken by the Admission Committee and 2 days’ time limit for filing appeal and procedure thereof is provided and his decision shall be the final.
ii. Personal appearance of the candidates along with all original documents in front of the admission committee of the Concern College shall be compulsory as per schedule notified and uploaded on the University Admission Portal and website.
iii. Final number of seats in each course/institute under each category will be available on the website of Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra.
iv. The allotment of the course/institution shall be made strictly as per merit prepare/drawn on the basis of merit of NEET-UG-2025, and the choice/preference of the course/institute filled up by the candidate on the online portal shall be taken as final.
v. Before filling up of the choices for the admission in the (BAMS/ BHMS) read following points clearly (for all rounds of counseling)
b. 2 nd / 3rd Round of Counseling: In case the seats remain vacant in any of the participating institute / college after the 1 st round / 2nd round of counseling due to any reason, such seats will be filled up during the 2 nd / 3rd round of counseling as the case may be as per the schedule notified by the Shri Krishna AYUSH University Kurukshetra and displayed on the admission portal and University website i.e. www.skau.ac.in. Candidates are required to regularly visit the University website for update / corrigendum.
i. Shifting to other institutes (Upgradation) would be allowed to admit students only in 2nd round / 3rd round of counseling and not thereafter.
ii. Fresh registration shall be allowed for participating in the 2nd /3rd round of the admission counselling. Fresh candidates will have to register themselves on the University Admission Portal along with the necessary registration fee mentioned above. The candidates are advised to regularly visit the University website and the University Admission Portal for updates.
iii. The candidates, who have already registered themselves and wish to participate in the next round, shall not be required to register again. However, they shall have to give their fresh choices of the College/course to participate in the second round of counseling.
iv. The candidates who have joined the allotted seat in the 1st / 2nd round shall have a right to retain already occupied seat and this shall be changed only if he/she gets an updated and opted seat during 2nd / 3rd round as the case may be. However, the candidates who wish to participate in the 2nd / 3rd round of counseling will have to submit their choices/preferences of Colleges/ Institutes afresh again. Candidates who have been allotted seat (College) in previous round should give the fresh choices in order of preferences for the College/course in which they wish to upgrade themselves.
v. The candidate who wishes to participate in the 2 nd Round / onward of counseling and want to opt for State Quota Seats in Govt. Govt. Aided Colleges only shall be required to submit Rs. 5,000/- as SECURITY FEE at the time of fresh registration/choice filling for 2nd/ 3rd round of counseling through admission portal.
vi. If the candidate wishes to opt for State Quota seats in Government as well as/or State Quota Seats/ Management Quota seats in Private BAMS/BHMS Institutes/Universities then he/she will have to deposit Rs. 50,000/-, as SECURITY FEE at the time of fresh registration/choice filling for 2nd / 3rd round of counseling through admission portal.
vii. If a candidate does not deposit the requisite amount of Security Fee, then he/she shall not be eligible to participate in the second round of counseling.
c. Mop-Up Round of Counseling: If the seats still remain vacant even after the 3 RD rounds of counseling, then left over seats will be filled up via Mop-Up Round as per direction of Ministry of Ayush, Government of India/NCISM/State Government and as per SKAU, Kurukshetra notified Schedule.
i. The candidates who join the seat allotted to them during the 1st / 2nd / 3rd round of All India Counseling / State Counseling shall not be eligible to participate in the Mop-up Round.
ii. No candidates would be allowed to participate in Mop up round counseling if he/she has already taken admission in any other institute under this University counseling/ All India Counseling. If such candidates want to participate in mop up round counseling, then he/she would have to get his/her admission cancelled (with documentary proof) before participating in mop up round counseling, their Security Fees submitted to the University shall stand forfeited. However, the candidates who wish to participate in the Mop-up round of counseling will have to submit their preferences afresh again.
iii. Fresh registration shall be allowed for participating in the Mop-up round. Fresh candidates will have to register themselves on the University Admission Portal along with the necessary registration fee mentioned above. The candidates are advised to regularly visit the University Website and the University Admission Portal for updates.
iv. The candidates, who have already registered themselves for previous rounds and are eligible to participate in Mop-up round as per the laid conditions and wish to participate in the Mop-up round, shall not be required to register again. However, they shall have to give their willingness/option to participate in the Mop-up round of counseling online, by filling up the choices/preferences again.
v. The candidate who wishes to participate in the Mop-Up round of counseling and want to opt for State Quota Seats in Govt. Govt. Aided colleges only shall be required to submit Rs. 5,000/- as SECURITY FEE at the time of fresh registration/choice filling for 2nd/ 3rd round of counseling.
vi. If the candidate wishes to opt for State Quota seats in Government as well as / or State Quota Seats/ Management Quota seats in Private BAMS/BHMS Institutes/Universities then he/she will have to deposit Rs. 50,000/-, as SECURITY FEE at the time of fresh registration/choice filling for Mop-Up round of counseling through admission portal.
vii. If a candidate does not deposit the requisite amount of security fees, then he/she shall not be eligible to participate in the mop-up round of counseling through admission portal.
d. Benefit of reservation in Government / Government Aided Colleges will be given to all the reserved categories upto Mop-up round counseling according to the Haryana State reservation policy. In case at the time of Mop-Up counselling the reserved seats of various categories remain vacant and no eligible candidates of the reserved categories are available then these vacant seats may be thrown open to Haryana Open General Category after making proper conversion Annexure I-A.
e. Seats remaining vacant under State Quota Seats in Private Colleges/Universities after 3rd rounds of Counseling will be converted to Management Category seats and filled up as per directions of State Government and Shri Krishna AYUSH University Kurukshetra on the basis of All India Merit of NEET-2025. Process for Admission to Management Category seats in Private Ayurvedic and Homoeopathic Colleges of Haryana including those under Private/Deemed Universities located in the State of Haryana and UT Chandigarh is given as under.
Similar procedure as followed for Counselling of BAMS/BHMS courses for filling up State Quota seats in Government/Government Aided, Ayurvedic and Homoeopathic Colleges and Open Merit Category seats in Private Ayurvedic and Homoeopathic Colleges as described under Section 09 above shall be followed for admissions to Management Category seats also. However, the merit shall be drawn on the basis of All India Merit of NEET UG-2025.

The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, conducts online counseling for admission to Post Graduate (MD/MS) courses in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy (ASU&H). The counseling is based on AIAPGET-2025 scores and is applicable for seats in Government, Government-aided, Central Universities, National Institutes, and Deemed Universities.

Only AIAPGET-2025 qualified candidates can apply/register for AACCC-PG counseling.
Step 1: Registration – Candidates must register on the AACCC-PG portal to participate in counseling for admission to ASU&H-AIQ seats under Govt./Govt.-Aided/Central Universities/National Institutes/Deemed Universities.
Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee – Candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee + refundable security deposit as per their chosen counseling category.
Step 3: Choice Filling – Candidates select their preferred streams and institutes. If they do not lock their choices in time, the system will auto-lock them as per server time.
Step 4: Seat Allotment Processing – Seats are allotted based on merit and candidate choices locked during choice filling.
Step 5: Provisional Result Publication – The provisional allotment result is published on the AACCC-PG portal. Candidates can email [email protected] for queries before the final result is published.
Step 6: Final Seat Allotment List – The final result is published, and candidates can download the allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.
Step 7: Physical Reporting – Candidates must report to their allotted college/institute with all original documents within the stipulated time (Refer to FAQs 25-30).
Note: The registration unlocking facility schedule is available “as a one-time measure” for all candidates who have not locked their choices to edit/modify their registration details on the portal if they fill in any wrong information.

Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-PG portal: If there are any queries on the allotment, candidates must mail to [email protected] within the specified time before publishing the final result. (Requests/queries on allotment after publishing the final result shall not be entertained.)
Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list (final result): Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.

a) AIAPGET-2025 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round 1 & Round 2. Need to register afresh.
b) Candidates who have already registered and complied with the counseling scheme but were not allotted seats in the 1st Round & 2nd Round. No need to register again.
c) Round 1 allotted candidates who availed of free exit.
d) Round 1 admitted Candidates who availed of Free Exit till the date of announcement of the R-2 final result (excluding the final result date).
e) Round 1 admitted candidates but not upgraded during R-2.
f) Round 1 admitted candidates but not upgraded during R-2 and availed of exit with forfeiture of counseling fees 3 days prior to the commencement of R-3 can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.
g) Candidates joined the R-1 allotted seats and submitted willingness for up-gradation but did not participate in the 2nd Round of counseling.
h) Candidates joined the Round-2 allotted/upgraded seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 3rd Round.
i) Round 2 non-joined candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.
j) Round 2 joined candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture of counseling fees 3 days prior to the commencement of R-3 can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.
NOTE: Candidates who wish to participate in R-3 need to make a calculative decision before participating, as once they are allotted/upgraded a seat in R-3 of AACCC-PG Counseling, they must join the R-3 allotted/upgraded institute and their earlier allotted seats/admitted seat/allotted seat after R-3 result through any rounds of State/UT Counseling, if any, shall stand cancelled.
Step 1: Registration for all AIAPGET-2025 qualified candidates who wish to participate in AACCC-PG Counseling for admission to AIQ seats under Govt/Govt. Aided/Central Universities-National Institutes/ Deemed Universities.
Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + refundable Security Money) as per candidate’s preference on the selection of counseling in the AACCC-PG Portal, i.e., (i) AIQ-Govt (ii) Central Universities-National Institutes (iii) AIQ-Govt. Aided and (iv) Deemed Universities. Those candidates who have availed exit with forfeiture of counseling fees need to pay complete counseling fees again for participating in the subsequent rounds.
Step 3: Choice filling as per the candidate’s preference on streams and Institute. The choices filled during the 1st & 2nd Round become null & void (candidates can lock their choices as per schedule; if the candidate cannot lock the choices in time, it will automatically be locked as per server time).
Step 4: Processing of seat allotment as per candidate’s merit and choices on streams and institutes locked by the candidate/locked as per server time on the portal.
Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-PG portal; if any queries on the allotment, candidates must mail to [email protected] within the specified time before publishing the final result. Requests/queries on allotment after publishing the final result shall not be entertained.
Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list (final result): Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.
Step 7: Publication of list of candidates who secured their AIQ-PG seats through R-1/R-2 till the date of announcement of R-3 final result and who have been allotted seats in R-3 are ineligible for any Ayush-PG Counseling 2025 (Central/State-UT). These candidates are ineligible to participate in other Ayush-PG counseling.
In this regard, it is also informed that the candidates who withdraw their seats during the period between 3 days before the commencement of R-3 and till the date of announcement of R-3 final result (excluding the final result date) are ineligible for AACCC-PG Counseling due to non-compliance of AACCC-PG Counseling scheme 2025.
Step 8: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents (Refer FAQ No.25 to 30) within the stipulated time as per schedule.
Note: The registration unlocking facility schedule is available “as a one-time measure” for all candidates who have not locked their choices to edit/modify the candidate's registration details on the portal if they fill in any wrong information.

The Government of Haryana, in supersession of all previous notifications, has laid out a structured and transparent admission process for the Postgraduate Ayurveda courses (MD/MS) for the academic year 2025-26. The Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra (SKAUK) is entrusted with conducting the Online Centralized Counseling for admission to all Government and Private Ayurvedic Colleges across Haryana and Union Territory (UT) Chandigarh. This process strictly follows the merit list of AIAPGET-2025 and the eligibility norms framed by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
To be eligible for admission to MD/MS (Ayurveda) courses in participating colleges, a candidate must be an Indian citizen and have passed the BAMS examination from a recognized university or institution in Haryana, or from any other Ayurvedic college recognized by NCISM/Ministry of Ayush, New Delhi, provided their parent(s) are Haryana residents as per government rules. Candidates must also fulfill the minimum eligibility marks in AIAPGET-2025 as specified in the official bulletin; failure to do so will result in ineligibility. Additionally, candidates must belong to one of the specified categories (General/SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Benchmark disabilities/ESM/FF) and meet the academic requirements. Reserved category candidates (Scheduled caste, Deprived Scheduled caste, Backward Classes) must present a valid certificate from the competent authority. Candidates applying under the management category are eligible regardless of state domicile. A one-year compulsory rotating internship from a recognized institution must be completed by 31.07.2025 and registration with the State Ayurvedic Council/NCISM is mandatory. At the time of document verification, candidates must bring all original documents as listed in Annexure-VII; photocopies will not be accepted for counseling or seat allocation and may lead to cancellation.

2 nd / 3rd Round of Counseling: In case the seats are remained vacant in any of the participating institute / college after the 1 st round / 2 nd round of counseling due to any reason, such seats will be filled up during the 2 nd / 3rd round of counseling as the case may be as per the schedule notified by the Shri Krishna AYUSH University Kurukshetra and displayed on the admission portal and University website i.e. www.skau.ac.in.
i. Shifting to other institutes (Upgradation) would be allowed to admit students only in 2nd round / 3rd round of counseling and not thereafter.
ii. Fresh registration shall be allowed for participating in the 2nd /3rd round of the admission counselling. Fresh candidates will have to register themselves on the University Admission Portal along with the necessary registration fee mentioned above. The candidates are advised to regularly visit the University website and the University Admission Portal for updates.
iii. The candidates, who have already registered themselves and wish to participate in the next round, shall not be required to register again. However, they shall have to give their fresh choices of the College/course to participate in the second round of counseling.
iv. The candidates who have joined the allotted seat in the 1st / 2nd round shall have a right to retain already occupied seat and this shall be changed only if he/she gets an updated and opted seat during 2nd / 3rd round as the case may be. However, the candidates who wish to participate in the 2nd / 3rd round of counseling will have to submit their choices/preferences of Colleges/ Institutes afresh again. Candidates who have been allotted seat (College) in previous round should give the fresh choices in order of preferences for the College/course in which they wish to upgrade themselves.
v. The candidate who wishes to participate in the 2 nd Round / onward of counseling and want to opt for State Quota Seats in Govt. Govt. Aided colleges only shall be required to submit Rs. 10,000/- as SECURITY FEE at the time of fresh registration/choice filling for 2nd/ 3rd round of counseling.
vi. If the candidate wishes to opt for State Quota seats in Government as well as/or State Quota Seats/ Management Quota seats in Private MD/MS Institutes/Universities then he/she will have to deposit Rs. 50,000/-, as SECURITY FEE at the time of fresh registration/choice filling for 2nd / 3rd round of counseling.
vii. If a candidate does not deposit the requisite amount of Security Fee, then he/she shall not be eligible to participate in the second round of counseling.
Mop-Up Round of Counseling: If the seats still remain vacant even after the 3 RD rounds of counseling, then left over seats will be filled up via Mop-Up Round as per direction of Ministry of Ayush, Government of India/NCISM/State Government and as per SKAU, Kurukshetra notified Schedule.
i. The candidates who join the seat allotted to them during the 1 st / 2nd / 3rd round of All India Counseling / State Counseling shall not be eligible to participate in the Mop-up Round.
ii. No candidates would be allowed to participate in Mop up round counseling if he/she has already taken admission in any other institute under this University counseling/ All India Counseling. If such candidates want to participate in mop up round counseling, then he/she would have to get his/her admission cancelled (with documentary proof) before participating in mop up round counseling, their Security Fees submitted to the University shall stand forfeited. However, the candidates who wish to participate in the Mop-up round of counseling will have to submit their preferences afresh again.
iii. Fresh registration shall be allowed for participating in the Mop-up round. Fresh candidates will have to register themselves on the University Admission Portal along with the necessary registration fee mentioned above. The candidates are advised to regularly visit the University Website and the University Admission Portal for updates.
iv. The candidates, who have already registered themselves for previous rounds and are eligible to participate in Mop-up round as per the laid conditions and wish to participate in the Mop-up round, shall not be required to register again. However, they shall have to give their willingness/option to participate in the Mop-up round of counseling online, by filling up the choices/preferences again.
v. The candidate who wishes to participate in the Mop-Up round of counseling and want to opt for State Quota Seats in Govt. Govt. Aided colleges only shall be required to submit Rs. 10,000/- as SECURITY FEE at the time of fresh registration/choice filling for Mop-Up round of counseling.
vi. If the candidate wishes to opt for State Quota seats in Government as well as/or State Quota Seats/ Management Quota seats in Private MD/MS Ayurveda Institutes/Universities then he/she will have to deposit Rs. 50,000/-, as SECURITY FEE at the time of fresh registration/choice filling for Mop-Up round of counseling.
vii. If a candidate does not deposit the requisite amount of security fees, then he/she shall not be eligible to participate in the mop-up round of counseling.
Benefit of reservation in Government / Government Aided Colleges will be given to all the reserved categories upto Mop-up round counseling according to the Haryana State reservation policy. In case at the time of Mop-Up counseling the reserved seats of various categories remain vacant and no eligible candidates of the reserved categories are available then these vacant seats may be thrown open to Haryana Open General Category after making proper conversion Annexure I-A.
Seats remaining vacant under State Quota Seats in Private Colleges/Universities after 3rd rounds of Counseling will be converted to Management Category seats and filled up as per directions of State Government and Shri Krishna AYUSH University Kurukshetra on the basis of All India Merit of AIAPGET-2025. Process for Admission to Management Category seats in Private Ayurvedic Colleges located in the State of Haryana and UT Chandigarh is given as under.
Similar procedure as followed for Counseling of MD/MS Ayurveda courses for filling up State Quota seats in Government/Government Aided, Ayurvedic Colleges and Open Merit Category seats in Private Ayurvedic Colleges as described under Section 8 above shall be followed for admissions to Management Category seats also. However, the merit shall be drawn on the basis of All India Merit of AIAPGET-2025.
