Shri Krishna Govt. Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Kurukshetra is a Government College established in the year 1972. The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, located in Haryana with an annual intake of 50 seats. The allotment of seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2024 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For the A.Y 2024-25, M/o Ayush has decided to include the AIQ seats of B. Pharm (Ay) ITRA, Jamnagar, in the AACCC-UG counseling and the allotment for the said seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2024 as per the eligibility conditions in the relevant Regulations laid down under ITRA Act 2020. Shri Krishna AYUSH University (SKAU), Kurukshetra is responsible for conducting the centralized online counseling for BAMS/BHMS admissions in Govt., Govt.-Aided, Private Colleges, and Deemed Universities in Haryana and UT Chandigarh.
To be eligible for admission to BAMS/BHMS courses in Government, Government-Aided, and Open Merit (State Quota) Seats in Private AYUSH Colleges of Haryana, a candidate must be a citizen of India and a bonafide resident of Haryana as per the prescribed guidelines, producing a valid residence certificate. All candidates, including those from reserved categories such as SC, BC-A, BC-B, EWS, PwBD, ESM, and FF, must have qualified NEET UG 2024 with the minimum required marks as per NCISM/NCH regulations. Candidates who fail to meet the NEET eligibility will not be considered. The applicant must be at least 17 years old and not more than 25 years as of 31st December 2024, with a five-year relaxation in the upper age limit for SC, BC, and PwBD candidates. Reserved category applicants to Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh must submit valid category documents. For Management Quota seats, candidates from across India are eligible irrespective of domicile or place of study. Original certificates must be produced at the time of document verification; attested photocopies will not be accepted.

The Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra (SKAUK) is entrusted with conducting the Online Centralized Counseling for admission to all Government and Private Ayurvedic Colleges across Haryana and Union Territory (UT) Chandigarh. This process strictly follows the merit list of AIAPGET-2024 and the eligibility norms framed by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
To be eligible for admission to MD/MS (Ayurveda) courses in participating colleges, a candidate must be an Indian citizen and have passed the BAMS examination from a recognized university or institution in Haryana, or from any other Ayurvedic college recognized by NCISM/Ministry of Ayush, New Delhi, provided their parent(s) are Haryana residents as per government rules. Candidates must also fulfill the minimum eligibility marks in AIAPGET-2024 as specified in the official bulletin; failure to do so will result in ineligibility. Additionally, candidates must belong to one of the specified categories (General/SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Benchmark disabilities/ESM/FF) and meet the academic requirements. Reserved category candidates (Scheduled caste, Deprived Scheduled caste, Backward Classes) must present a valid certificate from the competent authority. Candidates applying under the management category are eligible regardless of state domicile. A one-year compulsory rotating internship from a recognized institution must be completed by 31.07.2024, and registration with the State Ayurvedic Council/NCISM is mandatory. At the time of document verification, candidates must bring all original documents as listed in Annexure-VII; photocopies will not be accepted for counseling or seat allocation and may lead to cancellation.

1. Online Registration: Candidates must register at www.skau.ac.in and pay a non-refundable fee: ₹2000 for General and Other State Reserved, ₹500 for Reserved (SC/BC/EWS/FF/ESM/PWD – Haryana/Chandigarh), and ₹10,000 for NRI category.
2. Choice Filling: Candidates must submit their preference of colleges and specialties online. Ensure correct order of choices, as seat allotment will be based strictly on AIAPGET-2024 rank and preference.
3. Seat Allotment: Allocation is done online based on merit and reservation. Provisional allotment is published on the University Admission Portal.
4. Document Verification: Physical reporting at allotted college is mandatory. Candidates must carry original documents + 2 sets of self-attested photocopies (Refer to Annexure-VII for list). Failure to report within stipulated time leads to cancellation of the seat.
Round 1: Open for all eligible registered candidates. Seat allotment based on AIAPGET-2024 merit and preferences.
Round 2 & 3: Fresh registrations are allowed, and previously registered candidates can modify their choices. A security deposit is mandatory: ₹10,000 for Government seats and ₹50,000 for Private/Management seats. Upgradation is permitted during counseling. However, failure to report or withdrawal after seat allotment will lead to forfeiture of the security deposit.
Mop-Up Round : This round will be conducted only if seats remain vacant after the third round. Fresh registration and choice filling are mandatory for participation. Candidates already admitted in previous rounds are not eligible unless they officially cancel their admission. Any remaining NRI seats may be converted to Management quota as per guidelines.
Candidates applying under the NRI quota must qualify AIAPGET-2024. Preference is given in the following order: NRIs/PIOs/OCIs originally from Haryana or Chandigarh, their children, NRIs from other states, and legal guardians (nearest blood relatives residing abroad) of the candidates. Applicants must provide valid passport and visa documents, along with embassy-certified sponsorship in case of guardian-sponsored candidates. The fee structure includes US $25,000 plus a security deposit of US $500, as per college norms. Any NRI seats remaining vacant after counseling may be allotted to eligible foreign nationals or converted to management quota seats.
