The allotment of seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For the A.Y 2025-26 M/o Ayush has decided to include the AIQ seats of B. Pharm (Ay) ITRA, Jamnagar, in the AACCC-UG counseling and the allotment for the said seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 as per the eligibility conditions in the relevant Regulations laid down under ITRA Act 2020. The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee as the designated State Counselling Authority, will oversee the counselling process for admissions to State Quota seats in BAMS and BHMS courses across all government and private institutions in Odisha. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates seeking admission to BAMS/BHMS courses must have qualified NEET (UG)–2025 with a valid rank and obtained the minimum required percentile, i.e., 50th percentile for General category candidates, 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC candidates, and for candidates with benchmark disabilities as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, 45th percentile for General category and 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC categories. The candidate must have completed 17 years of age as on 31.12.2025. For State Quota seats, the parents of the candidate must be permanent natives of Odisha, and the candidate must produce a valid Resident/Nativity Certificate (Form-III as per Government of Odisha rules) at the time of certificate verification; however, no domicile certificate is required for admission to AIQ seats in Private Institutions. Additionally, candidates must fulfill the ASU&H-UG eligibility criteria, wherein for Ayurveda, Siddha, and Unani UG courses, a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the 10+2 or equivalent examination is required for General category candidates and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates, while for Homeopathy UG courses, a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology is required for General category candidates and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates; in the case of persons with disabilities, the minimum qualifying marks in the 10+2 or equivalent examination shall be 45% for General category and 40% for SC/ST/OBC categories.

Choice Locking After Registration – Step-by-Step Process

List Of Documents:- Candidates must produce the following original certificates/documents, as applicable to their category, at the time of reporting to the OJEE Cell, Gandamunda, for document verification and provisional admission. Along with the original documents, one set of self-attested photocopies must also be submitted during document verification.

Note: Candidates applying under the Physically Challenged (PC) or Ex-Serviceman (ES) quota are advised to refer to Section D (Reservations) for detailed information. To avail admission under any quota, candidates must possess a valid Odisha Nativity/Resident Certificate along with the relevant quota certificate, failing which the allotted seat under the claimed quota will be cancelled during document verification. However, no domicile certificate is required for allotment and admission to All India Quota (AIQ) seats in Private Institutions.
PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE ALLOTMENT: In this counselling round, all registered candidates will be provisionally allotted seats based on their merit as per the AIAPGET–2025 rank, with reservations applied according to the declarations made during registration. After provisional allotment, candidates must deposit an admission fee of Rs. 24,730/- (inclusive of OUHS registration fee of Rs. 3,500/- and exclusive of hostel fees) online through their login portal and report to Gopabandhu Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Puri / Government Ayurvedic College, Balangir / K.A.T.S. Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Ankushpur, Ganjam for document verification and provisional admission, as per the list of documents specified in Section C. Candidates who successfully pay the admission fee and complete document verification will be considered provisionally admitted under their allotted category. Failure to complete these steps will result in disqualification from the admission process. Candidates who are unable to produce valid documents for the claimed category will forfeit their provisional allotment and will be treated as general category candidates in subsequent rounds, subject to availability of vacancies, for which fresh choice filling will be required.

The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, conducts online counseling for admission to Post Graduate (MD/MS) courses in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy (ASU&H). The counseling is based on AIAPGET-2025 scores and is applicable for seats in Government, Government-aided, Central Universities, National Institutes, and Deemed Universities.

Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-PG portal; if any queries on the allotment, candidates must mail to [email protected] within the specified time before publishing the final result. Requests/queries on allotment after publishing the final result shall not be entertained.
Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list (final result): Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.
Step 7: Publication of list of candidates who secured their AIQ-PG seats through R-1/R-2 till the date of announcement of R-3 final result and who have been allotted seats in R-3 are ineligible for any Ayush-PG Counseling 2025 (Central/State-UT). These candidates are ineligible to participate in other Ayush-PG counseling.
In this regard, it is also informed that the candidates who withdraw their seats during the period between 3 days before the commencement of R-3 and till the date of announcement of R-3 final result (excluding the final result date) are ineligible for AACCC-PG Counseling due to non-compliance of AACCC-PG Counseling scheme 2025.
Step 8: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents (Refer FAQ No.25 to 30) within the stipulated time as per schedule.
Note: The registration unlocking facility schedule is available “as a one-time measure” for all candidates who have not locked their choices to edit/modify the candidate's registration details on the portal if they fill in any wrong information.

The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee, as the State Counselling Authority, will conduct counselling for admission to State Quota seats in M.D./M.S. (Ayu.) courses at the three government Ayurvedic colleges of Odisha: Gopabandhu Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Puri; Government Ayurvedic College, Bolangir; and Kaviraj Ananta Tripathy Sharma Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Ankushpur, Ganjam. Additionally, following the latest guidelines of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, the “AACCC-PG counselling” will manage admissions to All India Quota (AIQ) seats for M.D./M.S. (Ayu.) courses in these colleges. The counselling process will also adhere to directives issued by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine and the National Commission for Homeopathy, New Delhi.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Candidates wishing to participate in the M.D./M.S. (Ay.) counselling must have qualified in AIAPGET–2025 with a valid rank. To be eligible for admission, candidates must secure at least the 50th percentile in AIAPGET–2025; for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes, the minimum is the 40th percentile, while candidates with benchmark disabilities must obtain 45th percentile (General category) or 40th percentile (SC/ST/OBC) as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. Eligibility for State Quota seats additionally requires that the candidate’s parents be permanent residents of Odisha, and candidates must provide a valid Resident/Nativity certificate (Form No.–III) during verification. Applicants must hold a BAMS degree of at least 4½ years’ duration or a provisional degree recognized under CCIM 1973 / NCISM Act 2020, along with a permanent/provisional registration certificate from CCIM/NCISM/State Board, and must have completed a one-year compulsory rotating internship by 31st July 2025. Counselling will be conducted by OJEE in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, reservation policies, and other criteria specified by the Government of Odisha and NCISM.
STEP- BY-STEP PROCEDURE OF COUNSELLING:
Step – 1: All the candidates, who are interested to take part in the M.D./M.S.(Ay.) Counselling-cum-Admission process and who satisfies the above-mentioned eligibility criteria, must register online in the website of OJEE i.e.www.ojee.nic.in by creating their own Username and Password by paying registration fees of Rs.1000/- (Non-Refundable) through online mode at user’s login portal. Only registered candidates will be considered for allotment / admission. There is a provision of choice filling and choice locking for the student in each round of counseling.
Step – 2: The candidates, who get provisional allotment in this round, have to deposit, as admission fee, an amount of Rs. 24,730/- (excluding hostel fees and Including OUHS Registration fees @Rs.3,500/-) online in the candidate’s login portal or by DD drawn in favor of OJEE and payable at Bhubaneswar during document verification and reporting at their allotted college respectively. Candidates have to pay the differential amount if any during admission at their allotted college.
Step – 3: The candidates, who get provisional allotment, have to report at the allotted colleges as per the schedule date and time for document verification and provisional admission. List of Documents required to be verified during document verification is mentioned below. In case the candidate does not report to their allotted college for verification of documents and provisional admission, the allotted seat will be cancelled and the candidate may participate in subsequent round provided vacancy exists.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS : Candidates must bring the following original certificates / documents during reporting at Gopabandhu Ayurveda Mahavidyala, Puri/ Govt. Ayurvedic College, Balangir / K.A.T.S. Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Ankushpur, Ganjam for document verification and provisional admission. Along with original set, one set photocopy must be produced during document verification.
