The allotment of seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2024 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For the A.Y 2024-25, M/o Ayush has decided to include the AIQ seats of B. Pharm (Ay) ITRA, Jamnagar, in the AACCC-UG counseling and the allotment for the said seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2024 as per the eligibility conditions in the relevant Regulations laid down under ITRA Act 2020. The AACCC under the Ministry of Ayush, will conduct four rounds of online counseling for admissions into 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Candidates eligible for WB State Quota UG seats through NEET UG 2024 must have a domicile in West Bengal, either personally or through their parents. They need to download the domicile certificate proforma from wbmcc.nic.in, fill it out, and obtain the necessary signatures and stamps. During document verification at the allotted college, they must present the original certificate. Successful verification, along with all required documents, is essential for consideration for the State Quota seat.

Domicile Certificate obtained from the West Bengal e-district portal(https://edistrict.wbov.in/PACE) will also be accepted as the proof of domicile provided the clause shall remain as stated above for the proforma a1 or proforma b, as applicable.
In case proforma b or e-district domicile of the parent is furnished, it is required to produce any two of the following original ID proof (Voter ID card, Aadhar Card, Passport) of the concerned parent during the stage of document verification where the said ID cards show that the residential address is in West Bengal.
Proforma a1 or b must be signed and certified by any of the following competent authorities of State Govt. or Central Govt. having local jurisdiction of the place of permanent residence of the candidate or the parent as the case may be e.g.:-
Every official certifying the domicile status of the candidate or parent must provide his/her FULL NAME, DESIGNATION, PLACE OF POSTINGWITH ADDRESS, LANDLINE MOBILE Number. He/she should also provide his/her identity card number if available. Certification from any other authority other than those enumerated above will not be accepted.
Domicile certificates issued by the people's representative like a Councilor of Municipal Corporation/Municipality, Member of a three-tier panchayet system or GTA, Member of the Legislative Assembly, or Member of Parliament are not accepted.
Proforma a2 must be signed and certified by the Head Master/Principal/Director/ Head of the Institution in the State of West Bengal from which the candidates have passed 10+2 Examination in the year 2024 only.

Admission to the West Bengal PG AYUSH State Quota seats 2024 in affiliated institutes under the West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) will be based on the inter-se merit list. The selection will consider candidates' categories, including Unreserved (UR), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Other Backward Classes (OBCA and OBCB), Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disability (PWD).

To be eligible for admission to PG AYUSH courses in the 2024 session, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Process Flow: Online Registration → Online Application → Online Fee Payment → Candidate Profile Letter Generation → Physical Document Verification at College Level (NIC Software) → Choice Filling → Choice Locking → Seat Allotment (based on inter-se merit) → Physical Document Verification at Allotted College → Admission at the Allotted College.
Document Verification: Candidates must attend physical document verification with original credentials and one self-attested photocopy of documents at the designated date and time. Failing to attend physical verification will disqualify the candidate from the current round.
Post Verification: After successful verification, candidates receive a server-generated verification certificate. Only verified candidates can fill choices in the respective round. If allotted a seat, another round of physical document verification will be conducted at the allotted college.
Document Issues: If the admitting authority finds inadequate documents for caste or PWD status: Candidate allotted an unreserved seat (if eligible) will continue as unreserved in further rounds. Reserved/PWD candidates failing to provide valid documents will be shifted to unreserved/Non-PWD status, with their current seat canceled.
Admission Procedure: Successfully verified candidates must take admission at the allotted college. The college will issue a system-generated admission letter. Candidates must submit original documents and obtain a receipt for the same. During admission, candidates must confirm their willingness for subsequent rounds.
