The allotment of seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For the A.Y 2025-26 M/o Ayush has decided to include the AIQ seats of B. Pharm (Ay) ITRA, Jamnagar, in the AACCC-UG counseling and the allotment for the said seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 as per the eligibility conditions in the relevant Regulations laid down under ITRA Act 2020. The AACCC under the Ministry of Ayush, will conduct four rounds of online counseling for admissions into 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Eligibility: Candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2025 and registered on the official UP AYUSH UG Counselling-2025 website are eligible for admission to BAMS, BUMS, and BHMS courses, provided they have passed Intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology as compulsory subjects and have secured the minimum NEET UG 2025 percentile as prescribed (50th percentile for Unreserved, applicable percentiles for EWS, PwD, and reserved categories as per norms). Any change in eligibility made by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine or National Commission for Homoeopathy, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India shall be applicable. For government AYUSH colleges in Uttar Pradesh, candidates must be domiciles of Uttar Pradesh, except those who have passed both High School and Intermediate from UP, who are exempted from submitting a domicile certificate, while candidates who passed either or both examinations from outside UP (including AMU, Aligarh) must submit a valid UP domicile certificate. For private AYUSH colleges, private universities, and minority institutions, UP domicile is not mandatory and candidates from other states are also eligible. In private AYUSH colleges, 85% State Quota seats are open to candidates from all states with UP domicile candidates eligible under reservation rules and other state candidates considered under the Unreserved category cutoff issued by NTA while 15% All India Quota seats in the first and second rounds are available to candidates from all states except UP, with reservation applicable as per AACCC 2025 rules on submission of valid certificates. Registration Process:- Candidates must log in to the official AYUSH counselling website https://upayushcounseling.upsdc.gov.in and complete the registration form using their NEET UG 2025 Roll Number and Application Number by following the on-screen instructions. Candidates are advised to fill the registration form themselves and not through any agent or third party, and to use their own mobile number and email ID, as all communications such as OTP and notifications will be sent to these only. After logging into the portal, candidates must enter details such as name, father’s/mother’s name, date of birth, category/sub-category, address, mobile number, and email ID. After completing the registration form, the candidate must create a password, which will be used for future logins, and it should not be shared with anyone. For participation in the First, Second, and Third rounds of counselling, candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₹2,000 through the online payment gateway at the time of registration. Candidates who did not register earlier in Counselling 2025 and wish to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round must also pay a registration fee of ₹2,000. Candidates who had registered in the First, Second, or Third rounds but were not allotted any seat and wish to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round will be required to re-register and pay an additional registration fee of ₹1,000. The registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. After successful registration, candidates must download and keep a copy of the registration form and the payment receipt for future reference.
Security Money and Payment Process: Before depositing the security money, the candidate must personally verify their eligibility for counselling. At the time of registration, it is mandatory for the candidate to deposit the security money through online mode, for which the payment link will be made available on the portal at the relevant time. The details of the security money payment are as prescribed below.

The candidate will be eligible for choice filling only after depositing the security money. After depositing the security money the candidate must download the security money payment receipt. The security money of candidates who are admitted or not allotted any seat in AYUSH colleges will be refunded as per rules after the completion of all rounds of the counselling process. The refund of the security money will be made through the payment gateway to the same bank account from which the candidate made the online payment of the security money. Candidates are advised to make the payment only from their own or their parents’ bank account and not through a cyber café or any other third-party account so as to avoid any inconvenience during the refund process otherwise the candidate shall be solely responsible.

Admission Process: After physical verification at the Nodal Centre, candidates must download the allotment letter and complete the admission process in the allotted AYUSH college. At the time of admission, it is mandatory to submit all original documents along with self-attested photocopies for physical verification. For all candidates who receive an allotment letter through counselling, physical verification of documents and admission formalities will be conducted at the respective college, with a Medical Board constituted to ensure proper admission procedures.
Document Verification Process:- For candidates participating in UP AYUSH UG Counselling 2025, verification of academic and related documents will be conducted both online and physically.
(a) Online Verification:
The academic documents of candidates participating in UP AYUSH UG Counselling-2025 will be verified online. For this purpose, candidates must upload the following documents on the counselling website at the time of registration:
After completion of online verification, the State Merit List of all verified candidates will be published on the counselling website. Thereafter, candidates must proceed with choice filling, following which the Provisional Seat Allotment List will be issued. Only candidates who are provisionally allotted a seat will be required to undergo physical document verification.
(b) Physical Verification: Physical verification of eligibility-related documents will be conducted at the counselling venue (Nodal Centre)—Government National Homoeopathic Medical College, Hahnemann Chowk, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, and also at the allotted college at the time of admission. For this purpose, candidates must personally appear at the prescribed date, time, and place with the original documents along with one self-attested photocopy of each, as listed below:

The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, conducts online counseling for admission to Post Graduate (MD/MS) courses in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy (ASU&H). The counseling is based on AIAPGET-2025 scores and is applicable for seats in Government, Government-aided, Central Universities, National Institutes, and Deemed Universities.

Step 4: Seat Allotment Processing – Seats are allotted based on merit and candidate choices locked during choice filling.
Step 5: Provisional Result Publication – The provisional allotment result is published on the AACCC-PG portal. Candidates can email [email protected] for queries before the final result is published.
Step 6: Final Seat Allotment List – The final result is published, and candidates can download the allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.

Note: The registration unlocking facility schedule is available “as a one-time measure” for all candidates who have not locked their choices to edit/modify their registration details on the portal if they fill in any wrong information.

Step 4: Processing of seat allotment as per candidate’s merit and choices on streams and institutes locked by the candidate/locked as per server time on the portal.
Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-PG portal; if any queries on the allotment, candidates must mail to [email protected] within the specified time before publishing the final result. Requests/queries on allotment after publishing the final result shall not be entertained.
Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list (final result): Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.
Step 7: Publication of list of candidates who secured their AIQ-PG seats through R-1/R-2 till the date of announcement of R-3 final result and who have been allotted seats in R-3 are ineligible for any Ayush-PG Counseling 2025 (Central/State-UT). These candidates are ineligible to participate in other Ayush-PG counseling.
In this regard, it is also informed that the candidates who withdraw their seats during the period between 3 days before the commencement of R-3 and till the date of announcement of R-3 final result (excluding the final result date) are ineligible for AACCC-PG Counseling due to non-compliance of AACCC-PG Counseling scheme 2025.
Step 8: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents (Refer FAQ No.25 to 30) within the stipulated time as per schedule.
Note: The registration unlocking facility schedule is available “as a one-time measure” for all candidates who have not locked their choices to edit/modify the candidate's registration details on the portal if they fill in any wrong information.

Admissions to Postgraduate (M.D./M.S.) courses in Ayurveda, Unani, and Homeopathy for the academic year 2025 will be conducted in Government, Private, State Universities, and Minority Institutions. The selection process will be based on the merit of AIAPGET-2025.
Reservation: In Government Ayurvedic, Unani, and Homeopathic colleges in Uttar Pradesh, reservation will be applicable as per the guidelines issued by the Uttar Pradesh government for the state residents.

Educational Eligibility: Candidates must be AIAPGET-2025 qualified with a valid merit rank, verified through online counseling, and must have completed their internship by 31.07.2025. For State Quota seats (85%), eligibility includes BAMS graduates from Uttar Pradesh state-run colleges as well as BAMS graduates from outside Uttar Pradesh who possess a valid UP domicile. All India Quota seats (15%) are open only to candidates allotted through AACCC counseling, and such candidates are eligible exclusively for All India seats. Candidates holding BAMS degrees affiliated with UP Health Sciences University, Lucknow, recognized by NCISM and UGC, are eligible, whereas deemed university graduates from outside Uttar Pradesh are eligible only for All India Quota seats.
Ineligibility: Candidates holding BAMS degrees not recognized by NCISM, those who have not completed their internship by 31.07.2025, All India Quota candidates who are not residents of Uttar Pradesh applying for State Quota seats, and candidates possessing degrees not valid as per NCISM, UGC, or Uttar Pradesh Government guidelines are ineligible for admission.

Admission Process:- After completing physical verification, candidates must download the allotment letter and complete the admission process at the allotted AYUSH college. At the time of admission, all original documents along with self-attested photocopies must be submitted for verification. For all candidates allotted seats through counselling, document verification will be carried out at the college level, and admission will be finalized only after verification by the Medical Board.
