Government Ayodhya Shivkumari Ayurved College and Hospital, Begusarai was established on August 1st 1946 in Begusarai, Bihar by the visionary social worker and landlord Late Ayodhya Prasad Singh who generously donated a significant portion of his land to found the institution. Initially named Ayodhya Shivkumari Ayurveda College it operated as a private college until 1976. On May 25, 1977, the Government of Bihar took over the institution, transforming it into a government college. Renowned figures such as Dr. Sukhdev Sharma, Dr. Dharma Narayan Jha, Dr. (Prof) P. V. Sharma, and Dr. Ram Raksha Pathak have served as its principals, contributing immensely to Ayurveda. The college with an initial intake of 60 students has produced distinguished alumni serving across the country and abroad including Dr. Shiv Kumar Mishra former Health Advisor (Ayurveda), Government of India. The allotment of seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2024 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For the A.Y 2024-25, M/o Ayush has decided to include the AIQ seats of B. Pharm (Ay) ITRA, Jamnagar, in the AACCC-UG counseling and the allotment for the said seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2024 as per the eligibility conditions in the relevant Regulations laid down under ITRA Act 2020. The AACCC under the Ministry of Ayush, will conduct four rounds of online counseling for admissions into 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Round 1

Process

Step 1: Registration for AACCC-UG Counseling for admission to ASU&H-AIQ and to AIQ-B. Pharm (Ay) seats of ITRA, Jamnagar.

Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Deposit Money) as per the candidate’s preference on the ‘selection of counseling’ in the AACCC-UG Portal i.e., (i) AIQ-Govt. (ii) Central Universities-National Institutes (iii) AIQ- Govt. Aided and (iv) Deemed Universities.

Step 3: Choice filling and locking as per the candidate’s preference on streams [BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS/B.Pharm(Ay)] and Institute.

Step 4: Processing of seat allotment

Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-UG portal

Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list

Step 7: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents within the stipulated time as per schedule.

Round 2
Eligibility for participation

a) NEET(UG)- 2024 qualified candidates who have not registered in the 1st Round.

b) Candidates registered and participated in the 1st Round but were not allotted a seat. No need to register again

c) R-1 not joined candidates who have opted for free exit in the 1st Round.

d) Candidates joined the R-1 allotted seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation at the time of reporting during R-1.

e) Round 1 joined candidates who availed of free exit and filled choices till the last day of choice filling period for R-2 are eligible for seat allotment. (Free exit period for R-1 joined candidates is available till the date of announcement of the R-2 final result-excluding the final result date)

Eligibility for participation

a) NEET (UG)- 2024 qualified candidates who have not registered in the 1st Round & 2nd Round. Need to register afresh.

b) Candidates who have already registered but were not allotted seats in the 1st Round & 2 nd Round. No need to register again.

c) Round 1 allotted candidates who availed of free exit.

d) Round 1 admitted Candidates who availed of Free Exit till the date of announcement of the R-2 final result (excluding the final result date).

e) Round 1 admitted candidates but not upgraded during R-2.

f) Round 1 admitted candidates but not upgraded during R-2 and availed of exit with forfeiture of counseling fees 3 days prior to the commencement of R-3 can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.

g) Candidates joined the R-1 allotted seats and submitted willingness for up-gradation but did not participate in the 2nd Round of counseling.

h) Candidates joined the Round-2 allotted/upgraded seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 3rd Round.

i) Round 2 non-joined candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture can participate in R3 with full payment of counseling fees.

j) Round 2 joined candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture of counseling fees 3 days prior to the commencement of R-3 can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.

Process

Step 1: Registration for AACCC- UG Counseling. (The candidates who participated in 1st and 2nd Round need not be registered again)

Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + refundable Security Money). Those candidates who have availed exit with forfeiture of counseling fees need to pay complete counseling fees again for participating in the subsequent rounds.

Step 3: Choice filling and locking. The choices filled during the 1st & 2nd Round become null & void.

Step 7: Publication of list of candidates who secured their AIQ-UG seats through R-1/R-2 till the date of announcement of R-3 final result and who have been allotted seats in R-3 are ineligible for any Ayush-UG Counseling 2024 (Central/State-UT). These candidates are ineligible to participate in other Ayush-UG counseling. In this regard, it is also informed that the candidates who withdraw their seats during the period between 3 days before the commencement of R-3 and till the date of announcement of R-3 final result (excluding the final result date) are ineligible for AACCC-UG Counseling due to non-compliance of AACCC-UG Counseling scheme 2024.

Step 8: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents within the stipulated time as per schedule.

STRAY VACANCY ROUND FOR AIQG/AIQGA/CU/NI

The ASU & H- Govt./Govt. Aided colleges/ Central Universities(CU) / National Institutes(NI) seats and B.Pharm (Ay.) seats remain vacant (not joined/withdrawn) after the 3rd Round of AACCC-UG Counseling will continue to be filled through the online Stray Vacancy Round conducted by the AACCC, M/o Ayush.

The Deemed University seats that remain vacant after the 3rd Round of AACCC-UG counseling will be forwarded to the respective Deemed Universities for conducting online Stray Vacancy Round through the AACCC-UG portal.

Eligibility for participation

a) Only NEET (UG)- 2024 qualified candidates who have registered in the 1st/2nd / 3rd Round of AACCC-UG counseling are eligible to participate, provided that,- i. Candidates who have not been admitted to any of the seats through AACCC-UG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs.

b) Candidates who have not registered in the AACCC-UG counseling and have not been admitted to any of the seats through State/UTs counseling are eligible to participate after registration on the AACCC-UG Portal.

•AACCC, MoA forwards the list of eligible registered candidates to the Deemed University for conducting the SVR-DU counseling process through the AACCC-UG portal.

•The final list of ineligible candidates will also be sent to the Deemed Universities to prevent them from participating in the SVR-DU counseling process conducted through the AACCC-UG portal.

•For seat allotment under Deemed Universities, the online Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the respective Deemed Universities through the centralized AACCC-UG counseling portal.

1.1 NEET (UG)-2024 की मेधा सूची (Rank list) के आधार पर नामांकन हेतु चयन एवं आरक्षण लाभ के लिए UGMAC (AYUSH)- 2024 के Online आवेदन के निर्दिष्ट स्थान पर उसी आरक्षण कोटि को भरें जिसके लिए आपको विधिवत् जाति प्रमाण प्राप्त हो । राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर OBC (Other Backward Class) को बिहार राज्य में BC (Backward Class) एवं EBC (Extremely Backward Class) के रूप में पहचान प्राप्त है। अत: OBC के स्थान पर BC अथवा EBC जिस आरक्षण कोटि में आप आते हों उसका ही उल्लेख करें ।

1.2 जो आवेदक बिहार राज्य के मूल निवासी हों और जिन्हें बिहार सरकार के वांछित पदाधिकारी से आरक्षण लाभ के लिये उचित जाति प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त हो, उनके लिये प्रत्येक संस्थान की सीटों पर नामांकन हेतु उपरोक्त कोंडका-1.1 के आलोक में आवंटन के लिए बिहार

2. शैक्षणिक (Eligibility Criteria)

(i) 10+ 2 / आई.एस.सी./ प्री-मेडिकल या समकक्ष परीक्षा में अंग्रेजी (भाषा और सहित्य के रूप में) भौतिक विज्ञान, रसायन विज्ञान एवं जीव विज्ञान (बौटनी एवं जुलॉजी) / वायोटेक्नोलौजी विषयों में अलग-अलग उतीर्ण। सामान्य वर्ग के आवेदक को भौतिक विज्ञान, रसायन विभाग एवं जीव विज्ञान / वायोटेक्नोलौजी को एक साथ मिलाकर न्यूनतम 50% अंक किन्तु अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / पिछड़े वर्ग / अत्यन्त पिछड़े वर्ग के आवेदक को भौतिक विज्ञान, रसायन विज्ञान एवं जीव विज्ञान / वायोटेक्नोलोजी को एक साथ मिलाकर 40% अंक प्राप्त होना चाहिए ।

(II) (क) उपरोक्त के अतिरिक्त NEET (UG)-2024 की परीक्षा के आधार पर बनायी गयी Unreserved (UR) में सम्मिलित अभ्यर्थियों को भौतिक विज्ञान, रसायन विज्ञान एवं जीव विज्ञान विषयों को एक साथ मिलाकर कुल प्राप्तांक 50% से कम नहीं होना चाहिए। अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति, पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अत्यन्त पिछड़ा वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को भौतिक विज्ञान, रसायन विज्ञान एवं जीव विज्ञान / वायोटेक्नोलोजी को एक साथ मिलाकर कुल प्राप्तांक 40% से कम नहीं होना चाहिए ।

(ख) दिव्यांग अभ्यर्थियों, के लिए NEET (UG)-2024 की परीक्षा में भौतिक विज्ञान, रसायन विज्ञान एवं जीव विज्ञान/ वायोटेक्नोलॉजी को एक साथ मिलाकर कुल प्राप्तांक 45% से कम नहीं होना चाहिए। परन्तु अनुसूचित जाति (SC), अनुसूचित जनजाति (ST), पिछड़ी जाति (BC) और अत्यन्त पिछड़ी जाति (EBC) के आवेदकों की अर्हता (Eligibility), अर्हक (Qualifying) परीक्षा तथा प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा में 40% प्राप्तांक यथावत् होगी ।

(iii) उपरोक्त कडिका- 2(i) एवं 2(ii) के प्रावधान, भारतीय चिकित्सा पद्धति राष्ट्रीय आयोग / राष्ट्रीय होमियोपैथी आयोग के निर्णयानुसार संशोधित / परिमार्जित की जा सकती है और वे ही प्रावधान अन्तिम रूप से मान्य होगे।

(iv) स्वास्थ्य विभाग, बिहार सरकार के पत्र के अनुसार भविष्य में राज्य सरकार/ भारत सरकार/ भारतीय चिकित्सा पद्धति राष्ट्रीय आयोग / राष्ट्रीय होमियोपैथी आयोग/ माननीय न्यायालय से यदि कोई आदेश निर्देश प्राप्त होता है तो तद्नुसार विचारोपरान्त कार्रवाई की जायेगी।

3. आयु सीमा :

BAMS/BHMS/BUMS पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश हेतु अभ्यर्थी की न्यूनतम आयु सीमा NEET (UG)-2024 की परीक्षा-वर्ष की 31 दिसम्बर, 2024 को 17 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। तद्नुसार अभ्यर्थी की जन्म तिथि 31.12.2007 के बाद नहीं होनी चाहिए। इस सम्बन्ध में भारतीय चिकित्सा पद्धति / राष्ट्रीय आयोग/ राष्ट्रीय होमियोपैथी आयोग/ राज्य सरकार के अद्यतन प्रावधान लागू होंगे।

Online process required for Application

Step-One - Registration:For registering, the candidates are required to fill the information asked in Step One of the application form, appearing on the computer screen. Candidate must enter their NEET-UG 2024 Roll No. and then click on verify button and then enter their Date of Birth with other details as shown on the screen. If data gets verified, proceed for further process. Candidate while registering, must see that he/ she is giving his/her own email ID and Mobile no. because an OTP will be sent to their entered email ID and mobile no. for email ID and mobile no. verification. After successful verification of email ID and mobile no. and successful registration, the registered mobile no. and email ID can not be changed in the whole process of UGMAC (Ayush)-2024 Counselling in any circumstances. After successful Registration, candidate will receive a message of successful registration on their registered mobile no. and email. After that, candidate will have to login to their account by entering their email ID and Password and will process the further activities to duly submit their online application form. The candidate must keep the password entered in Application Form confidential, otherwise BCECE Board will not be responsible for any changes in their data or any other complication etc. The email ID provided by the candidate during registration will be his “user name”.
Step-two - (Personal Information)After successful registration and activating the account, the candidate should again “Sign in” to his account and thereafter complete the required entries regarding personal information on the computer screen. Then click on “Save & Continue” button.
Step-Three - (Upload Photo and Signature)After entering the personal information, the candidate should upload his / her passport size photograph as uploaded in NEET-UG 2024 online application form and full signature in Hindi and English (Not in capital letter) after duly scanning the same. After uploading photo and signature click on “Save & Continue” button.
Step-Four - (Educational Information)After uploading the scanned photo and signature the candidate should enter his / her educational information on the computer screen and click on “Save & Continue” button.
Step - Five- (Preview your application)After entering educational information the candidate must verify all the information given by him / her while verifying given information in step-2, step-3 and step-4. If any information is found wrong, then the candidate should click “Back to Edit” button and make required corrections. Thereafter the candidate should click “Save & Continue” button so that entered information should be updated. If preview of application form is found to be correct, then the candidate give his / her Declaration and click the “Proceed to Payment” button so that he / she should pay Counselling Fee as per Step-Six.
Step-Six (Payment of Counselling Fee):

After previewing the Application Form for submitting the same, candidate should click “Proceed to Payment” button and complete the payment procedure for counselling fee according to instruction appeared on the computer screen. Counselling fee is not refundable.

Candidate has to pay Rs. 1200/-(One Thousand Two Hundred Only) for UNRESERVED/ EWS /BC/EBC candidates and Rs. 600/-(Six Hundred) only for SC/ST/DQ candidates as non refundable registration / counselling fee through online mode only e.g. by Credit card/Debit Card/ Net Banking / UPI.

The candidate has also to pay processing charge in addition to Counselling Fee for payment through online mode.

Note: (i) If the amount paid as Examination / Counselling fee is debited from your account but the fee transaction fails, then in such a case you must re-pay the desired full fee and ensure the payment. If your required Examination / Counselling fee do not reflect in Board’s account within the due date, your application form will remain incomplete and you will not be eligible for Examination / Counselling. Your failed deducted amount from bank will be refunded to your account.

VII. Step - Seven (Downloading of Part- A & Part-B)

After payment of Counselling/Registration Fee upto scheduled date and time, the candidate must download Hard Copy (Part-A & and Part-B) of online submitted Application Form and keep the same safely in his possession because it contains all information provided by the candidate and the UGMAC-ID made available by the Board for further use during counselling.

Note: a. Hard copy of PART-A & PART-B need not to be send to Board’s office, but instead this is to be made available at the time of counselling.
b. After completing the above procedure and after the date of editing and submitting the online application form, there is no provision for any change or modification in the same.
c. The candidate must note that after submission of online application form, neither it can be withdrawn nor any request for refund / chargeback of paid counselling fee will be entertained.
d. Board will not be responsible for any interruption in Internet / Banking system. Therefore the candidates must not wait for last date and complete all procedure before due date.
e. If any candidate does the payment of Counselling Fee, but due to any technical issue the payment does not reflect and the amount got deducted from their bank account and even if due to any technical error SMS or mail on their Registered Mobile and email id goes as ‘’Application form submitted successfully’’ then in this case candidates are advised not to wait for payment updation instead do re-payment of counselling Fee else neither your application form nor candidature will be accepted.
f. Final Merit list will be prepared after scrutinising the candidate’s submitted data from the data provided by National Testing Agency / Health Deptt., Govt. of Bihar and also under the rules regulations of Hon'ble court, Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) and Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB).
g. The Rank Card / Merit List will be published on the Board’s Website on scheduled date as notified through concerned advertisement.
h. Candidates are advised to confirm the Fee structure / any other additional Fee for the Pvt. Colleges before filling up online Application Form. As Pvt. Colleges have higher Fee structure, therefore candidates must confirm the Fee structure before Registration and Submission of Application Form from concerned College.
i. After online submission of application, if the applicant finds any entries/ photo / signature uploading error has / have been made, then he/ she will have opportunity to edit / rectify the same on the fixed date as notified in concerned advertisement.
j. The above mentioned editing / rectification / correction opportunity will be available for only those candidates, who have successfully filled their online application form and make the payment successfully within due date.
k. For making rectification / correction / editing in online submitted application, the candidate is required to enter the registered email ID & Password and click on “Sign In” button for getting his account to login where the editing process will be carried out.

Conditions for BAMS / BHMS / BUMS Counselling : METHOD OF SELECTION AND ADMISSION

a) Merit list of all the qualified candidate as provided by the Deptt. of Health, Govt. of Bihar based on NEET (UG)-2024 will be the basis for UGMAC(Ayush)-2024.
b) There will be four (4) round of Counselling i.e. Round-1, Round-2, Round-3 and Stray Vacancy Round.
c) All round Counselling i.e. Round-1, Round-2, Round-3 and Stray Vacancy round will be Online.
d) Registration cum online choice filling shall be done only once on the basis of which seat allotment of Round-1 and Round-2 counselling will be done.
e) Fresh Registration cum choice filling will be required for Round-3 & Stray Vacancy Round. Candidates who are admitted anywhere in India or allotted a seat through Round-3 through NEET-UG-2024 are not eligible to apply for Stray Vacancy Round.

A) i) On the basis of merit list of UGMAC(Ayush)-2024 of eligible candidate, the candidate has to fill his choices online for UGMAC(Ayush)-2024 counselling. Please note that choice filling facility will be available as per schedule published in concerned Advertisement. After completion of choice filling process, seat allotment result will be published on Board’s website. In case candidate is allotted seat during 1st round seat allotment then he has to report physically at reporting centre for document verification. After document verification, if he is found eligible he will either take admission or go for free exit. But if he has given willingness for up-gradation during downloading of 1st round provisional seat allotment order then after document verification, he will wait for 2nd round seat allotment. But if his choice is upgraded in Round-2, then the candidate will have to join the college on allotted seat during second round.

ii) After publication of 1st round seat allotment result, the candidates who are allotted a seat shall download their provisional allotment order by login on counselling portal but before downloading of provisional allotment order, it is necessary for the candidates to give option for upgradation as 'Yes' or 'No'.

iii) The candidate who gets allotted a seat during Round-1 counselling and given their upgradation for Round-2 counselling as 'No', then candidate will have to report physically to their reporting centre within scheduled period as printed on the provisional allotment order of Round-1 counselling with all required original documents for Identity and document verification. After document verification, if the candidate is found eligible he will take admission with payment of requisite Fee and their all original documents will be retained at the reporting centre and candidate will be provided a Document Verification Slip of Round-1 counselling

iv) In case the seat allotted in Round-1 Counselling is retained in Round-2 Counselling then the candidate will have to report physically to their reporting centre within scheduled period as printed on the provisioanl allotment order of Round-2 Counselling with their Round-1 document verification slip and will have to take admission with payment of requisite Fee

v) In case of upgraded seat allotment in Round-2, the candidate will have to report physically to their reporting centre within scheduled period as printed on the provisional allotment order of Round-2 Counselling with all required documents in original and Round-1 document verification slip for Identity and Document Verification.

vi) If the candidate's seat of Round-1 is retained in Round-2 then the candidate has to take admission.

(b) The candidate who got allotted a seat during Round-1 counselling and given their upgradation for Round-2 counselling ‘’Yes’’ or ‘’No’’ but due to any reason did not reported physically to their Reporting Centre within scheduled period as printed on the Provisional Allotment order of Round-1 counselling with all required documents in original for identity and Document Verification, then in such case their Round-1 allotted seat will be cancelled and will not be considered for upgradation in Round-2 counselling. Such candidates will also be treated as Free Exit from Round-1 Counselling.

(c) After allotment of seat in Round-2, the candidate will be eligible to participate in Round-3 by exercising the upgradation option as was done from Round-1 to Round-2.

(d) Candidate who did not get any upgradation in Round-2 can also participate in Round-3 by resigning his allotted seat within prescribed time.

(e) On the basis of online choice filling of the candidate, provisional seat allotment order will be issued. Final seat allotment/admission will be subject to verification of their identity and original certificates at reporting centre fixed by the Board.

(f) Before downloading of provisional seat allotment order, it is necessary for those candidate who want to upgrade their allotted seat, to give willingness for upgradation as “Yes” else “No”

(g) During document verification of any Round of counselling, if any kind of discrepancy is being generated by the reporting centre, then their allotted seat of concerned round counselling will be cancelled for which candidate will be solely responsible. Candidates are required to collect the Discrepancy Slip from the reporting centre after Document Verification.

(h) The candidate whose allotted seat will be cancelled due to generation of discrepancy during document verification of Round-1 counselling will be also eligible for Fresh Choice Filling of Round-2 Counselling on the basis of updated data.
[Example : If a candidate has filled up their category as BC and gets allotted their seat on BC seat but during document verification, it is found that candidate does not belong to BC category then in such case their category will be updated to Unreserved (UR) category for Round-2 counselling. Their Round-1 counselling allotted seat on BC Category will get Cancelled.]

(i) Candidates are advised to visit official BCECE Board https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in/ website regularly for latest updates.

(j) In case of any discrepancy / confusion in counselling the guidelines issued by NMC / NCISM, New Delhi will be followed.
