The allotment of seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For the A.Y 2025-26 M/o Ayush has decided to include the AIQ seats of B. Pharm (Ay) ITRA, Jamnagar, in the AACCC-UG counseling and the allotment for the said seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 as per the eligibility conditions in the relevant Regulations laid down under ITRA Act 2020. The AACCC under the Ministry of Ayush, will conduct four rounds of online counseling for admissions into 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. These rounds include the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds, followed by two phases of the Stray Vacancy Round (SVR-I & SVR-II).

The Entrance Commissionerate, was established in 1983 under Government Order GO(MS) No. 31/83/HEDn, is entrusted with conducting entrance examinations and counselling for admission to various professional courses in the state. The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) is responsible for organizing entrance tests and carrying out seat allotments to professional undergraduate and postgraduate courses based on merit and communal reservation. Major courses handled by CEE include Kerala Engineering Architecture and Medical (KEAM), Three-Year and Five-Year LL.B, LL.M, B.Pharm (Lateral Entry), and various postgraduate programmes such as Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Nursing, Medical, Dental, and Pharmacy. The Single Window System, known as the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP), reflects CEE’s commitment to streamlining admissions by providing a systematic, transparent, and merit-based allocation mechanism. As a government organization, CEE remains dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of transparency, fairness, and excellence in the field of education.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates who have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as separate subjects in the Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala, or in any other recognized equivalent examination, and have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, are eligible for admission. For the BHMS course, Biology or Biotechnology studied as additional subjects at the 10+2 level will not be considered for eligibility. For the BSMS course, candidates must have studied Tamil as one of the languages at the 10th or 12th standard; candidates admitted without prior study of Tamil are required to undertake the Tamil language course during the first year of the BSMS professional degree programme. For the BUMS course, candidates must have studied Urdu, Arabic, or Persian at the 10th or 12th level; those who have not studied any of these languages must study Urdu along with Arabic and Mantiq wa Falsafa (Logic and Philosophy) during the First Professional BUMS course.

Candidates opting for Dubai or Bahrain as their Examination Centre must pay an additional fee of ₹15,000 through online payment and are advised to provide a local contact number, if available, in the application form. Candidates seeking admission to the Architecture course and possessing the prescribed minimum qualifications as per Clause 6.2.3 must appear for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA) and submit their NATA score to the CEE within the timeline specified under Clause 9.7.9, details of which will be notified separately. Applicants to the Engineering and/or Medical streams who also opt for Architecture are likewise required to qualify in NATA-2025 in accordance with the guidelines and schedule issued by the Council of Architecture.

Candidates can access the “KEAM-2025 Online Application” link on the website and are advised to check the website regularly for updates and important notifications. Step 1: Registration: This is a one-time registration process during which candidates will receive a system-generated Application Number. Applicants are required to create and enter their own password when prompted, and it is strongly recommended to use a robust password to ensure the security of their online activities. Step 2: Fill Application: At this stage, candidates must enter all basic information required by the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, after carefully reading the Prospectus. The information provided will be used for processing the application, and any errors, omissions, or submission of false/incomplete details may affect the candidate’s eligibility for admission or reservation claims. It is mandatory to fill all items in the application. Once completed, candidates can preview their application by clicking ‘Save & Preview’, and after verifying that all information is accurate and true, they must click ‘Save & Finalize’ to complete the application process. Note:- No modification of the application will be possible after clicking the ‘Save & Finalize’ button in step 2. Step 3: Application Fee: At this step, the candidate has to make the payment of application fee by way of Online Payment. Step 4: Upload Images & Certificates: Candidates must upload a recent passport-size photograph and their signature in JPEG format as per the prescribed specifications. Additionally, all supporting certificates and documents for claims made in the application must be submitted. Nativity proof as per Clause 6, along with proof of date of birth and the SSLC or equivalent certificate, are mandatory. Note: If more than one document have to be uploaded for a single claim, all the documents should be converted into a single pdf file and uploaded. Step 5: Print Application Acknowledgement Page : After completing Step 4, candidates should print the Application Acknowledgement page from the online application for future reference. Applications must be complete in all respects, and a candidate will be considered for the Entrance Examination or admission only if all relevant certificates, as prescribed in the Prospectus, are submitted to verify eligibility or support any reservation claims under the applicable categories. |
Fees: The fee structure for courses in Government and Aided Colleges shall be as prescribed by the Government from time to time, while the fees for courses offered in Government Cost-Sharing Colleges and Self-Financing Institutions will be notified separately. Complete details of the course-wise fee structure will be published before the commencement of CAP 2025. The list of Private Self-Financing Institutions offering additional fee concessions will also be published on the official website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (www.cee.kerala.gov.in) prior to CAP 2025. Candidates belonging to SC/ST communities admitted against merit seats or reserved seats are fully exempted from payment of fees. Similarly, OEC candidates admitted against merit seats, un-availed SC/ST seats, or Government seats through SEBC reservation are also exempted from fee payment, as per the relevant Government Orders.

Centralized allotment process (cap) & online Submission of options: The Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) is conducted through the Single Window System (SWS) to allocate seats in Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Medical, Medical Allied, and Ayurveda courses in the state, based on the options submitted by candidates included in the respective rank lists prepared by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala for KEAM-2025. This process operates as ‘Allotments through Online Submission of Options’, where candidates indicate their preference for course-college combinations according to their rank, aspiration, and eligibility, in line with the conditions specified in Clauses 6 and 9.7.5. CAP provides a transparent and convenient mechanism for candidates to exercise their choices in order of preference. Allotments are strictly based on the options exercised, rank obtained, and eligible reservations. Candidates should submit options only for courses and colleges they are certain to join. Failure to remit fees or join the allotted college will result in forfeiture of the allotment and all remaining options in that stream, which cannot be used in subsequent phases unless explicitly notified. Any new allotment automatically cancels previous allotments, ensuring a fair and orderly allocation process.
Verification of Documents: The Principal/Head of the College or Institution shall be personally responsible for verifying and ensuring the authenticity and correctness of all documents and certificates submitted by the candidate at the time of admission. In addition, the concerned University will independently verify the records of admitted candidates by deputing special verification teams and shall submit a detailed report to the Government within 10 days from the last date prescribed for the final seat allotment.
Note: The Admission Process is written as per the ordinance of the official Counselling Agency.
The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, conducts online counseling for admission to Post Graduate (MD/MS) courses in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy (ASU&H). The counseling is based on AIAPGET-2025 scores and is applicable for seats in Government, Government-aided, Central Universities, National Institutes, and Deemed Universities.

Only AIAPGET-2025 qualified candidates can apply/register for AACCC-PG counseling.
Step 1: Registration – Candidates must register on the AACCC-PG portal to participate in counseling for admission to ASU&H-AIQ seats under Govt./Govt.-Aided/Central Universities/National Institutes/Deemed Universities.
Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee – Candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee + refundable security deposit as per their chosen counseling category.
Step 3: Choice Filling – Candidates select their preferred streams and institutes. If they do not lock their choices in time, the system will auto-lock them as per server time.
Step 4: Seat Allotment Processing – Seats are allotted based on merit and candidate choices locked during choice filling.
Step 5: Provisional Result Publication – The provisional allotment result is published on the AACCC-PG portal. Candidates can email [email protected] for queries before the final result is published.
Step 6: Final Seat Allotment List – The final result is published, and candidates can download the allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.
Step 7: Physical Reporting – Candidates must report to their allotted college/institute with all original documents within the stipulated time (Refer to FAQs 25-30).
Note: The registration unlocking facility schedule is available “as a one-time measure” for all candidates who have not locked their choices to edit/modify their registration details on the portal if they fill in any wrong information.
a) AIAPGET-2025 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round 1
b) Candidates registered and participated in the 1st Round but were not allotted a seat. No need to register again.
c) R-1 not joined candidates who have opted for free exit in the 1st Round.
d) Candidates joined the R-1 allotted seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation at the time of reporting during R-1.
e) Round 1 joined candidates who availed of free exit and filled choices till the last day of choice filling period for R-2 are eligible for seat allotment. (Free exit period for R-1 joined candidates is available till the date of announcement of the R-2 final result-excluding the R-2 final result date).

(ii) Central Universities-National Institutes
(iii) AIQ- Govt. Aided
(iv) Deemed Universities (No need to pay by the candidates, who have already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round)
Step 3: Choice filling as per the candidate’s preference on streams and Institute. (Candidates can lock their choices as per schedule; if the candidate cannot lock the choices in time, it will automatically be locked as per server time.)
Step 4: Processing of Seat allotment as per candidate’s merit and choices on streams & institutes locked by the candidate/locked as per server time on portal.
Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-PG portal: If there are any queries on the allotment, candidates must mail to [email protected] within the specified time before publishing the final result. (Requests/queries on allotment after publishing the final result shall not be entertained.)
Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list (final result): Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.
Step 7: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents (Refer FAQ No. 25 to 30) within the stipulated time as per schedule.
a) AIAPGET-2025 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round 1 & Round 2. Need to register afresh.
b) Candidates who have already registered and complied with the counseling scheme but were not allotted seats in the 1st Round & 2nd Round. No need to register again.
c) Round 1 allotted candidates who availed of free exit.
d) Round 1 admitted Candidates who availed of Free Exit till the date of announcement of the R-2 final result (excluding the final result date).
e) Round 1 admitted candidates but not upgraded during R-2.
f) Round 1 admitted candidates but not upgraded during R-2 and availed of exit with forfeiture of counseling fees 3 days prior to the commencement of R-3 can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.
g) Candidates joined the R-1 allotted seats and submitted willingness for up-gradation but did not participate in the 2nd Round of counseling.
h) Candidates joined the Round-2 allotted/upgraded seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 3rd Round.
i) Round 2 non-joined candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.
j) Round 2 joined candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture of counseling fees 3 days prior to the commencement of R-3 can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.
NOTE: Candidates who wish to participate in R-3 need to make a calculative decision before participating, as once they are allotted/upgraded a seat in R-3 of AACCC-PG Counseling, they must join the R-3 allotted/upgraded institute and their earlier allotted seats/admitted seat/allotted seat after R-3 result through any rounds of State/UT Counseling, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Step 3: Choice filling as per the candidate’s preference on streams and Institute. The choices filled during the 1st & 2nd Round become null & void (candidates can lock their choices as per schedule; if the candidate cannot lock the choices in time, it will automatically be locked as per server time).
Step 4: Processing of seat allotment as per candidate’s merit and choices on streams and institutes locked by the candidate/locked as per server time on the portal.
Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-PG portal; if any queries on the allotment, candidates must mail to [email protected] within the specified time before publishing the final result. Requests/queries on allotment after publishing the final result shall not be entertained.

Step 7: Publication of list of candidates who secured their AIQ-PG seats through R-1/R-2 till the date of announcement of R-3 final result and who have been allotted seats in R-3 are ineligible for any Ayush-PG Counseling 2025 (Central/State-UT). These candidates are ineligible to participate in other Ayush-PG counseling.
In this regard, it is also informed that the candidates who withdraw their seats during the period between 3 days before the commencement of R-3 and till the date of announcement of R-3 final result (excluding the final result date) are ineligible for AACCC-PG Counseling due to non-compliance of AACCC-PG Counseling scheme 2025.
Step 8: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents (Refer FAQ No.25 to 30) within the stipulated time as per schedule.

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala is responsible for regulating admissions to a wide range of Post Graduate (PG) courses in the state through a transparent Centralized Allotment Process (CAP). Admissions are primarily based on entrance examination scores such as NEET PG for Medical, Dental, Ayurveda, and Nursing courses, along with other state-level entrance tests. CEE Kerala oversees the entire admission process for programs including MD/MS, LLM, PG Ayurveda, PG Homoeopathy, PG Nursing, and PG Dental courses, ensuring a fair and merit-based selection system.

Eligibility for Admission: Only Indian citizens of Kerala origin are eligible to apply for admission; however, Non-Keralite candidates are eligible to apply for All India Quota seats in self-financing colleges. There is no upper age limit specified for PG admission.
Service Candidates: The compulsory service period after completion of the course will be 12 (twelve) years for Medical Officers doing PG under Service Quota in AYUSH Department. But only in the case of medical officers whose retirement age is 56 years and who retire within 8 to 12 years after completion of PG course, the compulsory service after completion of PG course may be fixed up to the date on which they would normally retire from service. Those who do not have continuous service for at least eight years after completing the course will not be eligible for deputation benefits. The upper age limit of the teachers quota candidates will be 50 as on 31-07-2025. The upper age limit of the Medical Officer quota candidates will be 45 reckoned as on 31-07-2025. But the upper age limit of the Medical Officers Quota (ISM dept.) candidates coming under National Pension Scheme will be 45 reckoned as on 31.07.2025.
Academic Qualification: All candidates, including Service Quota candidates, seeking admission to PG (Ayurveda) courses in Kerala for the academic year 2025–26 must qualify the AYUSH PGET (AIAPGET-2025) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the Ministry of AYUSH and should be included in the rank list prepared by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala. Applicants must have passed BAMS/BAM/Ayurvedacharya from NCISM-recognized colleges or from Universities of Kerala, or hold an equivalent degree recognized by KUHS, with 50% marks separately in theory and practical in each subject; however, candidates who passed BAMS/BAM before 1995 from Universities of Kerala are exempted from this minimum marks requirement. The cut-off date for completion of the compulsory rotating internship is 31 August 2025, and the internship dates declared by the candidate will be treated as final. Admission will be granted only on producing the original Internship Completion Certificate and Registration Certificate from the concerned Medical Council at the time of counseling.
AYUSH PGNET 2025: Selection of candidates and allotment of specialties will be based on the rank list published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala, from the AYUSH PGNET 2025 conducted at the All India level by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the Ministry of AYUSH.
Qualifying Criteria: All candidates seeking admission to PG Ayurveda courses in Kerala for the academic year 2025–26 must qualify AIAPGET-2025, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the Ministry of AYUSH; this requirement does not apply to foreign nationals. To be eligible, candidates must secure at least the 50th percentile, while SC/ST/SEBC candidates must obtain a minimum of the 40th percentile. For Differently Abled candidates, the minimum required percentile is 45th for General category and 40th for SC/ST/SEBC.
Application Procedure: All candidates (including Service Quota) seeking admission to the courses should apply through the online application provided in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in.of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations and the application fee can be paid through online payment. Those having an Internet banking account, Credit card or Debit card can make use of the facility. Candidates availing this facility should read and follow each of the instructions given in the website carefully in order to ensure that the payment is successful.
Step wise procedure on how to apply using Online Application Form: A qualified candidate in AIAPGET MD/MS (Ayurveda)- 2025 seeking admission to the courses should apply online through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
Five Steps for applying online There are 5 (five) steps for the online submission of application and all the steps are mandatory. Candidates should complete all steps and are advised to keep a soft copy of printout of the Acknowledgement page for future reference. For the online submission of application, candidate has to visit the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in where he/she can find the link “PG Ayurveda 2025– Online Application”.
Step 1: Registration: This is a one-time process. Candidate should provide AIAPGET -2025 Roll Number, AIAPGET – 2025 Application ID and AIAPGET Rank for entering the registration page. Date of birth must be same as that AIAPGET -2025 registration page. Candidates will be prompted to enter mobile number and create a password and as outcome of the registration process a system generated unique Application Number will be displayed which the candidate has to note down and use for the rest of the application submission process as well as the allotment process. Candidates are advised to create a strong, unique password.
The requirements of a strong password are:
a minimum length of 8 characters
a minimum of one alphabet character [a-z or A-Z]
a minimum of one number (0-9)
a minimum of one symbol [! @ # $ % ^ & * ]
The candidate has to re-enter the password for confirmation.
Don’t use a shared password or disclose the password to others. Be informed that the application number and password will be required through the remaining stages until the end of the admission process for accessing all the online facilities related to PG Ayurveda-2025.
Step 2: Fill Application: All the basic information required for processing your application are to be filled in at this stage. Before filling the details, please read the Prospectus carefully. During the filling up of application, frequently click ‘Save’ button available in the home page to protect your data.
The data provided here will be used for processing the application. Any mistake in filling this page or providing false/incomplete/wrong information will affect the candidate’s eligibility for admission or claim for reservation under any category. It is obligatory that the candidate should fill all the mandatory items in the application. Candidates should take utmost care while filling the Online Application. Applicant should ensure that the data provided are correct before proceeding to the next step.
If the application is filled completely, candidate can preview the details of the application before going to the next step by clicking the ‘Save & Preview’ button. After confirmation that all the information given are correct and true, click ‘Save & Finalize’ button to complete the application filling process.
Note: No modification will be possible after the Final submission
Step 3: Pay Application Fee Application fee for General/SEBC candidates is Rs.1000/- (Rupees Thousand only) and in the case of SC/ST candidates and those eligible for SC/ST benefits as per G.O.(MS) No. 25/05/SCSTDD dated 20.06.2005 is Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only). Service candidates seeking admission in General Quota also, should pay extra amount of Rs. 1000/- The application can be submitted in online mode only, and all the supporting documents are to be uploaded only. Online payment method is available for remitting the application fee.
Step 4: Upload Images & Certificates: A soft copy of latest passport size color photograph with light colored background in jpeg format between 15 kb to 100 kb of size is to be used for uploading. The photograph should not be taken with the candidate wearing Cap or Goggles. Spectacles are allowed if being used regularly. POLAROID and COMPUTER /MOBILE-PHONE generated photos are not acceptable.

Certificates / Documents to be uploaded to the Online Application Each of the required Certificates must be scanned into a PDF file and uploaded. The Scans should be of the original documents and in colour (if the original document was issued in colour.)
A. Nativity Proof (Mandatory): All candidates must upload nativity proof. Only Indian citizens are eligible; OCI/PIO candidates can apply for admission but cannot claim reservation or fee concession. Only Keralite candidates are eligible for reservation/fee benefits. To prove Indian citizenship, upload any one: Birth Certificate, SSLC (showing place of birth), Indian Passport, or Citizenship/Nationality Certificate from Village Officer. To prove Keralite status, upload any one document showing birth in Kerala (candidate or parents), such as SSLC, Passport, Birth Certificate, or Nativity Certificate from Village Officer/Tahsildar (as per prescribed format).
Note: Before downloading the allotment memo, candidates must submit an online self-declaration of nationality and produce Annexure XXI at admission.
B. Community / Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (If applicable): Required only for candidates claiming reservation or fee concession. SC/ST candidates must upload Community Certificate from Tahsildar. SEBC/OEC candidates must upload Non-Creamy Layer Certificate from Village Officer. Candidates listed in Annexure XII with family income up to ₹6 lakh must upload Community & Income Certificate.
C. Income Certificate (If applicable): Candidates eligible for educational concession (Annexure XII) with family income up to ₹6 lakh must upload an Income Certificate from the Village Officer.
D. Inter-Caste Marriage Certificate (If applicable): Candidates claiming inter-caste benefits must upload the Inter-Caste Marriage Certificate issued by Tahsildar. Additional Non-Creamy Layer Certificate may be required for SEBC cases.
E. Differently Abled Certificate (If applicable): Disability Certificate issued by the District Medical Board (within 6 months) must be produced at medical verification.
F. EWS Certificate (If applicable): Upload EWS Certificate from the Village Officer (e-District format accepted). Unavailed EWS seats will go to General Merit.
G. Proof of Age: Upload SSLC Certificate / Indian Passport / Birth Certificate.
H. Special Category Certificates (If applicable): Children of Fishermen or inmates of Sri Chitra Home, Nirbhaya Home, or Juvenile Home must upload a certificate from the concerned authority.
Step 5 : Print Acknowledgement Page After completing the uploading of all necessary certificates/documents, candidates can take a printout of the Acknowledgement page by clicking on the link ‘Print Acknowledgement page’. Candidates are advised to keep a softcopy or printout of the Acknowledgement page for future reference. No need to send the hard copy of Acknowledgement page or supporting documents to the office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examination.
Additional Documents for Service Candidates: Service candidates (as per Clause 8(E) and 8(F)) must produce the original documents before the admitting authority whenever required. These include a declaration stating that the candidate has not previously undergone a PG Ayurveda course (Annexure XVII), service details issued by the Accountant General, and service details certified by the Head of the Department in the prescribed format (Annexure XVI).
Service Candidates should send the printout of Acknowledgement page, along with all the required documents, by Registered Post/Speed Post/Hand Delivery to the Controlling Officer concerned, before the time and date notified by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
Documents to be furnished at the time of admission before the Admitting Authority Candidates should produce all the Original Documents at the time of admission.
Additional documents in original to be presented by the Service Candidates:
a. Declaration to the effect that he/she has not undergone PG Ayurveda course under Service Quota.
b. Service Details from the Accountant General.
c. Details of service from the Head of the Department in the format prescribed.
Service Quota Candidates should send the printout of the confirmation page, along with all the required documents, by Registered Post/Speed Post/Hand delivery to their Controlling Officers concerned, before the time and date notified by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
