The allotment of seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For the A.Y 2025-26 M/o Ayush has decided to include the AIQ seats of B. Pharm (Ay) ITRA, Jamnagar, in the AACCC-UG counseling and the allotment for the said seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 as per the eligibility conditions in the relevant Regulations laid down under ITRA Act 2020. The AACCC under the Ministry of Ayush, will conduct four rounds of online counseling for admissions into 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. These rounds include the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds, followed by two phases of the Stray Vacancy Round (SVR-I & SVR-II).

Eligibility: Admission to BAMS and BHMS courses is open only to candidates who have qualified NEET-UG 2025 and meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Government of Punjab, including any subsequent amendments or corrigenda. Merely applying on the basis of NEET-UG 2025 does not guarantee admission; a candidate’s eligibility and merit will be strictly assessed by the Selection Committee in accordance with Punjab Government rules and the guidelines mentioned in the prospectus, based on the documents submitted with the admission application form. All counselling and admission processes will be conducted by the Admission/Selection Committee constituted by the Punjab Government, and the age criteria of candidates must be as per NEET-UG 2025 norms.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP ONLINE ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM:-
1. Candidates will have to log on University website i.e. www.graupunjab.org and read the Punjab Govt. notifications and instructions as contained in the Prospectus carefully.
2. NEET-UG-2025 qualified candidates are eligible to apply ONLINE for admission to BAMS/BHMS Courses.
3. Candidates are required to register themselves for admission to BAMS/BHMS Courses through online registration system at GRAU website i.e. www.graupunjab.org. Online registration must be completed by due date and time.
4. Candidates are advised to fill the online admission application form well in advance to avoid the network congestion in the last days. GRAU will not be responsible for network congestion/problems. No request for accepting the forms after cut-off date will be entertained.
5. Following documents are required to upload on the online registration form: I. Soft copy of Photograph of the candidate. (Maximum size 30 KB) II. Soft copy of the signatures of the candidate. (Maximum Size 30 KB)

7. After completion of filling online admission application form, University will issue a unique Registration ID (i.e. Login ID) and password will be provided to the candidate at his/her registered Mobile number in admission application form through SMS/ email. Registration Number and password are mandatory for further process, so keep it secret and don’t disclose to any unknown person.
8. Merely submission of online application form & fee does not confer any automatic rights to secure a BAMS/BHMS seat.

10. No request for submitting online application after due date/time will be entertained on any ground.
11. Candidate shall fill online ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM only once. Applications submitted more than once are liable to be rejected.
12. Candidates are required to fill online admission application form very carefully and should not leave any column blank, fill '0' (zero) in case of Roll Number/Rank/Marks are not available.
13. Depositing Fee: - After filling of successful online admission application form, Candidates will have to deposit the fee through payment gateway using Debit Card/Credit card/Net Banking .

15. Fill category(ies) carefully in the online admission application form. Category(ies) once claimed will not be changed in any case after submitting the form.
Candidates who do not select any category code or enter an incorrect category code (other than those listed in the prospectus) will be treated as Open/General Category candidates. Category codes (as given on page 14) should be selected carefully, and candidates may choose more than one category if applicable. These codes are used only to indicate merit position during counselling and do not guarantee reservation benefits. Reservation benefits for BAMS/BHMS admissions will be granted only if the claim is correctly made in the Admission Application Form and is subject to Punjab Government rules and the decision of the Selection Committee. No reservation benefit will be provided if the claim is not mentioned in the application form.
| STEPS FOR ONLINE COUNSELLING | NEET-UG 2025 qualified candidates is conducted through the University website www.graupunjab.org, where applicants must complete online registration within the prescribed date and time. | INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE COUNSELLING | Counselling for BAMS/BHMS admissions will be conducted through the University website (www.graupunjab.org) as per the schedule mentioned in the Important Dates, and in case of physical counselling, candidates must appear in person, as no exemption will be granted. Candidates are advised to carefully read the eligibility conditions, as merely filling choices online or attending counselling does not guarantee admission; eligibility will be strictly determined by the Admission Committee in accordance with Punjab Government notifications, and ineligible candidates will not be considered. Seat and college allotment will be done based on NEET-UG 2025 merit, candidate preferences, and applicable government rules. Candidates must produce all original documents at the time of counselling or joining. Seat allotment is provisional, subject to verification of documents and eligibility by the Principal of the allotted college. After provisional allotment, candidates must deposit the tuition fee (as notified by the Punjab Government) through a Demand Draft in favour of the Registrar, Guru Ravidas Ayurved University, payable at Hoshiarpur, and complete medical check-up and joining within the stipulated time, failing which the seat will be automatically cancelled. The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, conducts online counseling for admission to Post Graduate (MD/MS) courses in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy (ASU&H). The counseling is based on AIAPGET-2025 scores and is applicable for seats in Government, Government-aided, Central Universities, National Institutes, and Deemed Universities.

Step 5: Provisional Result Publication – The provisional allotment result is published on the AACCC-PG portal. Candidates can email [email protected] for queries before the final result is published.
Step 6: Final Seat Allotment List – The final result is published, and candidates can download the allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.

Note: The registration unlocking facility schedule is available “as a one-time measure” for all candidates who have not locked their choices to edit/modify their registration details on the portal if they fill in any wrong information.

(Requests/queries on allotment after publishing the final result shall not be entertained.)
Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list (final result): Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.

NOTE: Candidates who wish to participate in R-3 need to make a calculative decision before participating, as once they are allotted/upgraded a seat in R-3 of AACCC-PG Counseling, they must join the R-3 allotted/upgraded institute and their earlier allotted seats/admitted seat/allotted seat after R-3 result through any rounds of State/UT Counseling, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Step 4: Processing of seat allotment as per candidate’s merit and choices on streams and institutes locked by the candidate/locked as per server time on the portal.
Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-PG portal; if any queries on the allotment, candidates must mail to [email protected] within the specified time before publishing the final result. Requests/queries on allotment after publishing the final result shall not be entertained.
Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list (final result): Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.
Step 7: Publication of list of candidates who secured their AIQ-PG seats through R-1/R-2 till the date of announcement of R-3 final result and who have been allotted seats in R-3 are ineligible for any Ayush-PG Counseling 2025 (Central/State-UT). These candidates are ineligible to participate in other Ayush-PG counseling.
In this regard, it is also informed that the candidates who withdraw their seats during the period between 3 days before the commencement of R-3 and till the date of announcement of R-3 final result (excluding the final result date) are ineligible for AACCC-PG Counseling due to non-compliance of AACCC-PG Counseling scheme 2025.
Step 8: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents (Refer FAQ No.25 to 30) within the stipulated time as per schedule.
Note: The registration unlocking facility schedule is available “as a one-time measure” for all candidates who have not locked their choices to edit/modify the candidate's registration details on the portal if they fill in any wrong information.

Guru Ravidas Ayurved University, Hoshiarpur (Punjab) is a state public university established by the Government of Punjab in 2011 with the goal of promoting AYUSH education (Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Yoga & related sciences) in northern India. Situated in the peaceful rural setting of Kharkan on Una Road, near Hoshiarpur, the university is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and affiliates numerous Ayurvedic, Homeopathic and Unani colleges across the state. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in traditional medicine systems such as BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and MD, emphasizing quality education, practical training, research and holistic development of students. The university also supports healthcare services, modern campus infrastructure and opportunities for academic growth, aiming to be a guiding light in alternative medicine education in Punjab and beyond.
Eligibility: Candidates must have completed BAMS from a recognized institution approved by the Ministry of AYUSH / NCISM, and must have successfully completed the compulsory rotatory internship by the prescribed date. Admission to MD (Ayurveda) courses is based on qualification in AIAPGET, followed by counselling conducted by the competent authority as per university and government rules.
Application Fee: Candidates applying under State Quota or All India Quota must pay an application fee of Rs. 2,000/- through the online payment facility available on the University website www.graupunjab.org, using a Debit Card or Credit Card, within the specified date and time. Once the fee is paid and credited to the University account, it is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted under any circumstances.

ONLINE COUNSELLING:-
1. Online counselling will be conducted through University Website and online counselling form will be made available on University website as per dates specified in Important Dates column.
2. In case of physical counselling, personal appearance of candidates is essential at the time of interview/counselling and exemptions from personal appearance may not be sought as it shall not be granted.
3. The candidates should read the eligibility conditions carefully and just exercising online option of college/ appearing in counselling does not entitle him/her for admission.
4. Eligibility conditions for admissions are as per Punjab Govt. Notification(s). The eligibility shall be determined by the Admission Committee at the time of counselling. Those who are not eligible as per Punjab Govt. notification will not be considered for admission. The candidates will appear in counselling at their own risk & responsibility.
5. The allotment of seat and college shall be made as per the choice of the candidate at the time of the counselling by the Admission Committee on the basis of the merit determined as per marks obtained by the candidate in AIAPGET -2025 and other terms and conditions contained in the Punjab Government Notification for admission to MD (Ayurveda) Course.
6. The candidates shall have to produce all the certificates/degrees/diplomas/ documents in original at the time of joining/admission in respective colleges or at the time of physical counselling.
7. The choice(s) of courses/ institutions shall be exercised by the candidate online.
8. Checking/Verification of Original Certificate/Documents :Allocation of seat is provisional subject to verification of original documents/checking of eligibility by the Principal of concerned Ayurvedic Colleges. After provisional allocation of seat, candidate shall have to report to the allocated college for getting challan form, verification of documents and checking of eligibility. It is the sole responsibility of the Principal to authenticate the eligibility of the provisionally allocated candidate before their joining/admission.
9. Deposition of Annual Fee after provisional allocation : Candidate will deposit tuition fee (as per Punjab Govt. notification) in the form of Demand Draft in the favour of Registrar Guru Ravidas Ayurved University, Payable at Hoshiarpur . Candidate will report for medical checkup and joining after submission of proof of fee deposition to the respective college within stipulated time period, failing which allocated seat will stand cancelled automatically without any intimation to the candidate. In case of physical counselling candidate will have to deposit tuition fee as specified in the Punjab Govt. notification on the spot at the venue of counselling in the shape of Demand Draft in favour of “Registrar, Guru Ravidas Ayurved University ” payable at “Hoshiarpur” failing which his/her provisional selection will be treated as cancelled without any intimation to the candidate. | Online Registration | Candidates are advised to carefully read the Prospectus, Punjab Government notifications, and Ministry of AYUSH guidelines to understand eligibility and other admission conditions. Applicants must create an account on the University website www.graupunjab.org, after which a Unique Registration ID will be generated. While filling the online application form, candidates should enter personal details such as name, date of birth, and father’s/mother’s name exactly as mentioned in the Class 10 certificate. The application fee must be paid online through the available payment gateway. Applicants are also required to upload a recent photograph (25 KB) and their signature. Candidates must ensure that all information entered is correct, especially date of birth, spelling of names, and category details, as incorrect information may lead to rejection of the application. |

| Merit List | The University will prepare the merit list of eligible candidates based on their AIAPGET-2025 rank, in accordance with the rules and guidelines issued by the Punjab Government and related notifications issued from time to time.
