Vasantdada Patil Ayurvedic Medical College, Sangli is situates between Sangli and Miraj cities at vishrambag, Sangli. This college is a Government of Maharashtra state grant-in-aid college established in 1981, located in the heart of the city, near market yard. Sangli is one of the important cities of western Maharashtra region & is known for famous turmeric market in the Asia. Today this institute comprises of Ayurveda College, Well equipped Hospital a and also having over for herbal garden and girls hostel inside the campus.
Vasantdada Patil Ayurvedic Medical College is recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine and affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health sciences, Nasik. The College runs regular University Courses for Graduate degree in Ayurveda (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery, B.A.M.S.) an intake capacity of 40 students.
This college is a destination for patients of all diseaes seeking Ayurveda remedies from all over the state. Hospital is well equipped with 60 beds for in indoor treatment, the Out Patient Department attends to arround patients 130 daily. Well equipped Panchkarma Therapy Center with trained staff separate section for male and female patients. All the Keralian panchkarma including purvkarma and pradhan karmas are done here under supervision of expert Doctors. An operation theater equipped with all instruments and latest devices like multimonitor etc. ready for any major surgery along with minor O.T. is available in the hospital. Family Planning center, Immunization, Ksharsutra Therapy, DOT Center of this Hospital, which has gained result to the patients of the society. The Institution having digital X-ray, ECG facility, nebulizer ,pulseoximeter ,glucometer etc as well as equipped pathology lab with trained the expert faculty with experienced staff members.

Course Duration:

5 ½ Years (Study Period – 4 ½ Years + Compulsory Rotating Internship 1 Year)

Seat Distribution:

-15% AIQ (All India Quota)

AACCC will be doing Counselling for minimum of 15% AIQ seats for Government, Government aided Central Universities, National Institutes, and Private colleges, and 100% seats for Deemed Universities.

- 85% Government Quota

85% seats were filled through government counseling conducted by Maharashtra Ayush Neet.

Eligibility:

Particular	Description
NEET eligibility marks 2021	10+2 percentage required for NEET 2021 exam is separate for every category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects UR – 50%, OBC/SC/ST – 40%, PWD – 45%
NEET 2021 Qualifying Exam	Applicants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with PCB, Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. 10+2 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
Age Limit for NEET 2021	They have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of their admission to the first year Undergraduate Medical Course.
Nationality	Indian Citizens/ Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) intending to pursue Undergraduate Medical Courses in a foreign Medical/ Dental Institute also need to qualify NEET (UG).
