The allotment of seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For the A.Y 2025-26 M/o Ayush has decided to include the AIQ seats of B. Pharm (Ay) ITRA, Jamnagar, in the AACCC-UG counseling and the allotment for the said seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 as per the eligibility conditions in the relevant Regulations laid down under ITRA Act 2020. The AACCC under the Ministry of Ayush, will conduct four rounds of online counseling for admissions into 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. These rounds include the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds, followed by two phases of the Stray Vacancy Round (SVR-I & SVR-II).

Availability of Seats: The distribution of seats for BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS courses in colleges recognized by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and the concerned authorities (NCISM/NCH) will be done as per the rules. Out of the total approved seats, 15% seats will be filled under the All India Quota through All India Counseling (centralized process), conducted by an agency authorized by the Central Government. Information regarding seats reserved for foreign nationals will be displayed in the seat reservation table.
The remaining 85% seats will be filled through the State Level Counseling of the respective state. The college-wise list and number of these seats will be available on the departmental website www.ayush.mp.gov.in and the MP Online AYUSH Portal https://ayush.mponline.gov.in. These seats in Government (Autonomous) and Private sector Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Unani colleges will be filled through the online counseling process by NEET-qualified candidates as per the updated reservation policy of the State Government.
During the counseling process, the reservation table, seat matrix, and other information will be made available on the AYUSH Portal https://ayush.mponline.gov.in in a timely manner. Candidates are advised to regularly check the information provided on the portal and complete all stages of the online process on time.
Reservation: Seat reservation in State Quota Government and Private Ayurveda/Homeopathy/Unani colleges will be as per the existing rules of the Government of Madhya Pradesh for SC, ST, OBC, and EWS categories.

Eligibility for Admission: To get admission in BAMS, BHMS, or BUMS in Madhya Pradesh, candidates must pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and score 50% (General/EWS) or 40% (Reserved categories). For BHMS, PCB/Biotechnology is required. Disabled candidates need 45% (General/EWS) or 40% (SC/ST/OBC). In NEET, candidates must qualify. The minimum age is 17 years by 31st December.
Registration: The Directorate of AYUSH will publish the counseling schedule and detailed program on the website www.mp.ayush.gov.in and https://ayush.mponline.gov.in. For registration, the applicant must go to the https://ayush.mponline.gov.in portal and register by paying the prescribed fee of ₹500/-. To complete registration, candidates must create their Candidate Profile.
Note: Candidates will be given the opportunity to register in all stages of counseling. Candidates who do not complete registration and verification will not be included in any stage of counseling. No application/claim in this regard will be accepted.
It is mandatory for the candidate to get all their original documents verified. Candidates may get their documents verified at any Government Autonomous Ayurveda, Homeopathy, or Unani college. Detailed guidelines regarding this will be displayed on the MP Online portal and the departmental website at the appropriate time.
Merit List: According to the NEET merit list the merit list of candidates who apply for registration through MP Online for admission to State Quota seats in the undergraduate courses of Ayurveda /Homeopathy /Unani colleges of Madhya Pradesh will be prepared and announced.
Counselling: The process of allotment of seats to eligible candidates in the course and college will be done through online counseling. Detailed information regarding online counseling will be issued separately on the MP Online portal.
1. All eligible candidates must complete choice filling and locking to participate in the process.
2. As per the schedule the online allotment order will be issued. After the allotment result candidates will have two options:
Candidates who select the Satisfied option must report to the allotted college with the allotment letter all original documents their photocopies and the admission fee. Candidates who take admission in the allotted college will not be eligible for further rounds.
Candidates who do not choose any option after allotment, or who select the Satisfied option but do not take admission, will have their allotted seat cancelled for that round and the seat will be included for allotment in the next round. Such candidates will remain eligible for the next stages of counselling.
1. Candidates eligible for the second stage include:
Candidates who opted for Upgradation in the second stage must complete new choice filling and locking. If they fail to do so, their allotted seat will be included for allotment to others in that round, but such candidates will still be eligible for upcoming rounds.
2. After the allotment result of the second stage, candidates will again have two options:
Candidates selecting Satisfied must report to the allotted college with the allotment letter, all original documents, photocopies, and admission fee. Those who take admission will not be eligible for further rounds.
3. Candidates who do not choose any option after allotment, or who choose Satisfied but do not take admission, will have their seat cancelled for that round and their seat will be included in the next stage. Such candidates will remain eligible for the upcoming counselling round.
4. In the second stage, newly recognized colleges' seats will be included category-wise and sub-category-wise. If no reserved category candidate is available, allotment and changes will be made as per Rules 5.8 and 5.9.
1. All registered candidates, except those admitted in the first and second rounds, will be eligible for the third round. All such candidates and those opting for Upgradation must complete new choice filling and locking.
2. The third-stage allotment will be done as per the schedule.
3. Candidates allotted a seat in the third round must report to the allotted college with the allotment result copy, all original documents, photocopies, and admission fee. Candidates who take admission will not be eligible for further rounds.
4. Seats of newly recognized colleges will be included category-wise and sub-category-wise. If no reserved candidate is available, allotment and changes will be made as per Rules 5.8 and 5.9.
1. After completion of the third stage of counselling, if seats remain vacant in the colleges, the Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted as per the schedule.
2. Along with candidates registered in the first, second, and third rounds, new candidates will also be allowed to register for the Stray Vacancy Round. All registered candidates, except those already admitted in any of the first three rounds, will be eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round.
3. The list of vacant seats in colleges and the merit list of eligible candidates will be published for the Stray Vacancy Round.
4. Based on this merit list, candidates reporting to the college will be included in the admission process, and the college will grant online admission to vacant seats strictly according to merit order.
Note: The Admission Process is written as per the ordinance of the official Counselling Agency.
The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, conducts online counseling for admission to Post Graduate (MD/MS) courses in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy (ASU&H). The counseling is based on AIAPGET-2025 scores and is applicable for seats in Government, Government-aided, Central Universities, National Institutes, and Deemed Universities.

Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee – Candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee + refundable security deposit as per their chosen counseling category.
Step 3: Choice Filling – Candidates select their preferred streams and institutes. If they do not lock their choices in time, the system will auto-lock them as per server time.
Step 4: Seat Allotment Processing – Seats are allotted based on merit and candidate choices locked during choice filling.
Step 5: Provisional Result Publication – The provisional allotment result is published on the AACCC-PG portal. Candidates can email [email protected] for queries before the final result is published.
Step 6: Final Seat Allotment List – The final result is published, and candidates can download the allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.
Step 7: Physical Reporting – Candidates must report to their allotted college/institute with all original documents within the stipulated time (Refer to FAQs 25-30).
Note: The registration unlocking facility schedule is available “as a one-time measure” for all candidates who have not locked their choices to edit/modify their registration details on the portal if they fill in any wrong information.

Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-PG portal: If there are any queries on the allotment, candidates must mail to [email protected] within the specified time before publishing the final result. (Requests/queries on allotment after publishing the final result shall not be entertained.)
Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list (final result): Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.

NOTE: Candidates who wish to participate in R-3 need to make a calculative decision before participating, as once they are allotted/upgraded a seat in R-3 of AACCC-PG Counseling, they must join the R-3 allotted/upgraded institute and their earlier allotted seats/admitted seat/allotted seat after R-3 result through any rounds of State/UT Counseling, if any, shall stand cancelled.

The choices filled during the 1st & 2nd Round become null & void (candidates can lock their choices as per schedule; if the candidate cannot lock the choices in time, it will automatically be locked as per server time).
Step 4: Processing of seat allotment as per candidate’s merit and choices on streams and institutes locked by the candidate/locked as per server time on the portal.
Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-PG portal; if any queries on the allotment, candidates must mail to [email protected] within the specified time before publishing the final result. Requests/queries on allotment after publishing the final result shall not be entertained.
Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list (final result): Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.
Step 7: Publication of list of candidates who secured their AIQ-PG seats through R-1/R-2 till the date of announcement of R-3 final result and who have been allotted seats in R-3 are ineligible for any Ayush-PG Counseling 2025 (Central/State-UT). These candidates are ineligible to participate in other Ayush-PG counseling.
In this regard, it is also informed that the candidates who withdraw their seats during the period between 3 days before the commencement of R-3 and till the date of announcement of R-3 final result (excluding the final result date) are ineligible for AACCC-PG Counseling due to non-compliance of AACCC-PG Counseling scheme 2025.
Step 8: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents (Refer FAQ No.25 to 30) within the stipulated time as per schedule.
Note: The registration unlocking facility schedule is available “as a one-time measure” for all candidates who have not locked their choices to edit/modify the candidate's registration details on the portal if they fill in any wrong information.

Madhya Pradesh State AYUSH NEET-PG Counselling is a centralized admission process conducted by the Directorate of AYUSH, Government of Madhya Pradesh, for admission into postgraduate AYUSH courses (MD/MS in Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Unani) offered by government and private institutions in the state. Based on the merit of candidates in the AIAPGET (All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test), the counselling process includes online registration, document verification, choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting to the allotted colleges. The entire process is carried out as per the guidelines of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, ensuring transparency and merit-based admissions.

Eligibility for Admission:- For admission through Madhya Pradesh State AYUSH NEET-PG Counselling, candidates must have qualified the AIAPGET exam with a minimum of 50 percentile marks (40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC and 45 percentile for General/EWS PWD candidates), as per the amended regulations of NCISM and CCH. If the Central Government revises the minimum qualifying percentile, it will be applicable accordingly. Candidates must have completed BAMS/BHMS/BUMS from institutions recognized by the respective councils (CCIM/CCH) and listed in the Second Schedule. For admission to government college state quota seats, the candidate must be a domicile of Madhya Pradesh. All India quota seats in government colleges and unreserved seats in private colleges are open to candidates from all states, but reserved seats in private colleges are only for MP domiciles, with preference also given to MP residents in unreserved private seats. Candidates who are natives of MP but studied outside the state in AYUSH Ministry-recognized institutions are also eligible. All admitted candidates must register with the MP Ayurvedic & Unani Systems of Medicine and Naturopathy Board or the MP State Homeopathy Council within one month of admission, and physical presence along with submission of original documents is mandatory at the time of admission.
Registration: The Directorate of AYUSH will release the counselling schedule and detailed program on its official website and the portal https://ayush.mponline.gov.in. Applicants are required to visit the portal https://ayush.mponline.gov.in to complete the registration process. A non-refundable registration fee of ₹500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) must be paid. To complete the registration, candidates must create their Candidate Profile on the portal.
Seat Allocation Through Counselling
Seats will be allotted to eligible candidates in courses and colleges based on their ranking in the entrance examination conducted by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, or the National Testing Agency (NTA). The seat allocation process will be conducted through online counselling, and detailed guidelines for the same will be released separately. A list of participating colleges and the seat reservation matrix will be published on the official portal www.ayush.mponline.gov.in at the time of counselling. Candidates are advised to regularly check the website for updates. The names of the candidate and their parents must be identical across all marksheets, certificates, and related documents. In case of any discrepancy, candidates must ensure the correction is made before online counselling, otherwise they will be held responsible for any consequences related to admission. Additionally, candidates must use the same photograph during counselling that was used while appearing for the AIAPGET examination. Admission to All India Quota seats will be conducted through a centralized counselling process at the national level, based on instructions/orders issued by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, or the designated agency. Candidates must regularly visit the Ministry's official website for updates.
Reporting: After a seat is allotted, candidates must report to the allotted college with all original documents and photocopies for verification. Admission will be confirmed only after successful document verification and by entering the AIAPGET roll number, date of birth, and password on the college portal. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the allotted seat automatically.
Counselling and Stages: The process of seat allocation for eligible candidates in courses and colleges will be conducted through online counselling. Detailed information and guidelines regarding the online counselling process will be released separately on the MP Online portal.
