MMM Government Ayurved College Udaipur, Rajasthan is a premier institution was established in 1944, dedicated to the promotion and education of Ayurvedic medicine. AACCC-UG e-Counseling for Admission to All India Quota seats of BAMS/BSMS /BUMS/ BHMS under Govt. /Govt. Aided/ Central Universities (CU)/National Institutes (NI)/Deemed University (DU) and of B. Pharm(Ay) Seats under ITRA, Jamnagar for the A. Y. 2024-25

The allotment of seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2024 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For the A.Y 2024-25, M/o Ayush has decided to include the AIQ seats of B. Pharm (Ay) ITRA, Jamnagar, in the AACCC-UG counseling and the allotment for the said seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2024 as per the eligibility conditions in the relevant Regulations laid down under ITRA Act 2020. The AACCC under the Ministry of Ayush, will conduct four rounds of online counseling for admissions into 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. These rounds include the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds, followed by two phases of the Stray Vacancy Round (SVR-I & SVR-II).

COUNSELING ROUNDS
Round 1
Eligibility for participationOnly NEET (UG)-2024 qualified candidates are eligible to apply for the AACCC-UG counseling.
Process

Step 1: Registration for AACCC-UG Counseling for admission to ASU&H-AIQ and to AIQ-B. Pharm (Ay) seats of ITRA, Jamnagar.

Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Deposit Money) as per the candidate’s preference on the ‘selection of counseling’ in the AACCC-UG Portal i.e., (i) AIQ-Govt. (ii) Central Universities-National Institutes (iii) AIQ- Govt. Aided and (iv) Deemed Universities.

Step 3: Choice filling and locking as per the candidate’s preference on streams [BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS/B.Pharm(Ay)] and Institute.

Step 4: Processing of seat allotment

Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-UG portal

Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list

Step 7: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents within the stipulated time as per schedule.

Round 2
Eligibility for participation

a) NEET(UG)- 2024 qualified candidates who have not registered in the 1st Round.

b) Candidates registered and participated in the 1st Round but were not allotted a seat. No need to register again

c) R-1 not joined candidates who have opted for free exit in the 1st Round.

d) Candidates joined the R-1 allotted seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation at the time of reporting during R-1.

e) Round 1 joined candidates who availed of free exit and filled choices till the last day of choice filling period for R-2 are eligible for seat allotment. (Free exit period for R-1 joined candidates is available till the date of announcement of the R-2 final result-excluding the final result date)

Process

Step 1: Registration for AACCC- UG Counseling. (The candidates who participated in 1st Round need not be registered again)

Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee includes Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money (Need not to pay by the candidates, those who already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round)

Round 3
Eligibility for participation

a) NEET (UG)- 2024 qualified candidates who have not registered in the 1st Round & 2nd Round. Need to register afresh.

b) Candidates who have already registered but were not allotted seats in the 1st Round & 2nd Round. No need to register again.

c) Round 1 allotted candidates who availed of free exit.

d) Round 1 admitted Candidates who availed of Free Exit till the date of announcement of the R-2 final result (excluding the final result date).

e) Round 1 admitted candidates but not upgraded during R-2.

f) Round 1 admitted candidates but not upgraded during R-2 and availed of exit with forfeiture of counseling fees 3 days prior to the commencement of R-3 can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.

g) Candidates joined the R-1 allotted seats and submitted willingness for up-gradation but did not participate in the 2nd Round of counseling.

h) Candidates joined the Round-2 allotted/upgraded seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 3rd Round.

i) Round 2 non-joined candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture can participate in R3 with full payment of counseling fees.

j) Round 2 joined candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture of counseling fees 3 days prior to the commencement of R-3 can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.

Process

Step 1: Registration for AACCC- UG Counseling. (The candidates who participated in 1st and 2nd Round need not be registered again)

Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + refundable Security Money). Those candidates who have availed exit with forfeiture of counseling fees need to pay complete counseling fees again for participating in the subsequent rounds.

Step 3: Choice filling and locking. The choices filled during the 1st & 2nd Round become null & void.

Step 4: Processing of seat allotment

Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list

Step 7: Publication of list of candidates who secured their AIQ-UG seats through R-1/R-2 till the date of announcement of R-3 final result and who have been allotted seats in R-3 are ineligible for any Ayush-UG Counseling 2024 (Central/State-UT). These candidates are ineligible to participate in other Ayush-UG counseling. In this regard, it is also informed that the candidates who withdraw their seats during the period between 3 days before the commencement of R-3 and till the date of announcement of R-3 final result (excluding the final result date) are ineligible for AACCC-UG Counseling due to non-compliance of AACCC-UG Counseling scheme 2024.

Step 8: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents within the stipulated time as per schedule.

STRAY VACANCY ROUND FOR AIQG/AIQGA/CU/NI

The ASU & H- Govt./Govt. Aided colleges/ Central Universities(CU) / National Institutes(NI) seats and B.Pharm (Ay.) seats remain vacant (not joined/withdrawn) after the 3rd Round of AACCC-UG Counseling will continue to be filled through the online Stray Vacancy Round conducted by the AACCC, M/o Ayush.

The Deemed University seats that remain vacant after the 3rd Round of AACCC-UG counseling will be forwarded to the respective Deemed Universities for conducting online Stray Vacancy Round through the AACCC-UG portal.

Eligibility for participation

a) Only NEET (UG)- 2024 qualified candidates who have registered in the 1st/2nd / 3rd Round of AACCC-UG counseling are eligible to participate, provided that,- i. Candidates who have not been admitted to any of the seats through AACCC-UG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs.

b) Candidates who have not registered in the AACCC-UG counseling and have not been admitted to any of the seats through State/UTs counseling are eligible to participate after registration on the AACCC-UG Portal.

c) Round-1 non-joined candidate availed of Free Exit.

d) Round 1 admitted Candidates who availed of Free Exit till the date of announcement of the R-2 final result (excluding final result date).

STRAY VACANCY ROUND FOR DEEMED UNIVERSITY
EligibilityRegistered candidates who opted for ‘Deemed University’ as ‘selection of counseling’ on the AACCC-UG portal and not in the final list of ineligible candidates published by AACCC, M/o Ayush on the portal are eligible.
Non-eligibilityCandidates who have been admitted through any previous rounds of AACCC-UG Counseling and State/UT counseling and in the final list of ineligible candidates published by AACCC, M/o Ayush on the portal are ineligible to participate in the SVR-DU of AACCC-UG Counseling.

•AACCC, MOA forwards the list of eligible registered candidates to the Deemed University for conducting the SVR-DU counseling process through the AACCC-UG portal.

•The final list of ineligible candidates will also be sent to the Deemed Universities to prevent them from participating in the SVR-DU counseling process conducted through the AACCC-UG portal.

•For seat allotment under Deemed Universities, the online Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the respective Deemed Universities through the centralized AACCC-UG counseling portal.

•The Choice-filling option on the AACCC-UG Portal is not available for candidates seeking admission to the Deemed University in the online SVR-DU. (Candidates need to approach respective Deemed Universities for allotment of seats in the online SVR-DU conducted through the AACCC-UG portal.)

•These seats are domicile-free, which means no reservation is applied on the seats under Deemed Universities.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Science (Biology group) and English, achieving a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General category candidates and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Additionally, the candidate must have qualified NEET 2024 securing the required percentile of eligibility. For PWD Candidates in physics chemistry and biology shall be 45% in case of general category (and 40% in case of SC/ST/STA-A, OBC & MBC Candidates.

AGE LIMIT: Minimum 17 years on or before 31st December 2024

Admission rules for NRI Candidates

No reservations apply to NRI seats in private AYUSH UG colleges. Admission under the NRI Quota prioritizes candidates with an ancestral background in Rajasthan, demonstrated by residence of the candidate, parents, or grandparents in Rajasthan for at least 5 years (proven with documents like utility bills, property records, Indian Passport, Ration Card, Voter ID, Aadhaar, etc.).

Remaining vacant NRI seats will be allotted to candidates from other states. Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) are also eligible for admission under the NRI Quota.

NRI Seats Admission Procedure

Seat Allocation: 15% of total seats in private colleges are reserved for NRI candidates and filled as per the rules of the Government of Rajasthan.

Eligibility Guidelines for NRI Quota:

a. At least one parent of the candidate must be an NRI residing abroad.
b. The sponsor must be a first-degree relative (real brother/sister) residing abroad as an NRI.
c. If the candidate has no parents or close relatives, a nearest relative acting as a guardian may sponsor, provided they have treated the candidate as a ward. Eligible guardians include:

  • Real uncle/aunt (paternal/maternal).
  • Grandparents (paternal/maternal).
  • First-degree paternal or maternal cousins.

Required Documents:

  1. Proof of NRI/OCI/PIO sponsorship via:
    • A certificate issued by the Indian Embassy/Ministry of External Affairs, or
    • A notarized undertaking by the sponsor notarized in the foreign country.
  2. Affidavit from the sponsor confirming responsibility for the candidate's expenses for the entire course.

Vacant Seats: If NRI seats remain vacant, they will be converted to general seats (with NRI fee structure) and allotted based on NEET-2024 merit.

Important Factors to Remember:

During the first and second rounds of admission counselling for the 2024-25 academic session:

Eligible candidates from other states, as well as those from Rajasthan, may register online for admission under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) in private AYUSH UG institutions in Rajasthan. Candidates holding Rajasthan domicile can register separately for admission under the 85% State Quota for UG AYUSH courses in government and private colleges/universities within Rajasthan.

  1. Candidates must upload a recent color photograph during online registration.
  2. Clearly specify the desired category/sub-category of reservation during registration.
  3. If applying for additional reservations (e.g., Physically Handicapped), provide the relevant certificate during counselling. Note: Categories/sub-categories selected during registration cannot be changed later.
  4. NEET (UG)-2024 qualification alone does not guarantee eligibility for AYUSH UG courses; final eligibility will be determined by the Counselling Board during admission.

Step-4

Choice Filling

a) Deposit the counselling fee online and Choice filling.
b) Counselling Fee: INR 25,000/-must be deposited as counselling fee through Net banking/Debit card/Credit Card before the choice filling for BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BNYS seats. This fee will be a part of tuition fee of a candidate who joins his college later on
c) Candidates who have been allotted seats have to deposit their annual college fee with adjustment of counselling fee through online or demand draft in Favor of CHAIRMAN, AYUSH UG ADMISSION COUNSELLING BOARD, (Payable at Jaipur) during stipulated period of time. This candidate will also be eligible for 2nd round of counselling for upgradation. if he/she fills fresh choice filling form for 2nd round.
d) If candidate doesn’t report to the reporting center and doesn’t deposit the prescribed remaining college annual fee with in stipulated period of time, his/her allotment will be cancelled and that seat will be treated as vacant seat. However, he/she may participate in 2nd round of counselling without forfeiting Counselling Fee as a last chance but he/she has to fill fresh choice filling form for 2nd round of counselling. For such candidates, seats will be allotted on availability of seats and on the basis of fresh merit list of round 2.
e) The counselling fee (Security Money) will be forfeited if a candidate who has been allotted a seat in the Second Round or subsequent rounds and does not join the respective institution or surrender the seat due to any unforeseen reason. Counselling fee will be forfeited if the admission gets cancelled due to any reason. e.g in case the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later cancelled by the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or fails to produce the required documents at the time of reporting for admission within stipulated time. If a candidate does not get admission in any round of admission counselling, Counselling fee will be refunded to the candidate after completion of counselling process.
f) In case of NRI Quota, if seats are vacant after 1st round of counselling, vacant seats will be converted in to IVth Category of NRI as per order of Govt. of Rajasthan subject to deposit prescribed NRI Quota fee. For admission on these seats, candidates are advised to opt the option of NRI Quota seats while filling online choice filing/option form.

Step-7Surrender of seats If a candidate is willing to surrender his/her seat allotted at the 1st round of counselling then he/she will have to appear in person at the office of Counselling Board, Jaipur along with required documents/receipts to surrender the seat.
Round 2 Eligible for 2nd Round of Counselling

Candidates eligible for seat allotment in 2nd round would be from one of the following groups: -

Group–I: Fresh, new eligible candidates, who have not registered in 1st round of counselling.
Group–II: Registered candidates who did not get any seat allotment in the 1st round.
Group-III: Registered candidates who have secured seat under reserved Quota & whose 1st round of allotted seat got cancelled during the document verification on reporting for admission will be considered for allotment of seat in the next round of seat allotment, with changed Category, subject to availability of seat in respective category.
Group–IV: Candidates who have reported at allotted institute during 1st round of allotment and submitted willingness for second round up-gradation as Yes.
Group- V: Candidates who have been allotted a seat but Not Joined.
Group- VI: Candidates who have resigned from the allotted seat of first round at college
Group VII: Candidates who have resigned from the allotted seat of first round at college.

Not eligible for 2nd Round of CounsellingCandidate who has become non eligible due to having inadequate documents as per Eligibility Criteria.
Round 3 3rd/Mop-up Round/Stray Vacancy Round3rd/Mop-up Round and stray vacancy round will be conducted as per directions of Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India, New Delhi.

Important Note: -

1. The candidates, who have been found ineligible by AACCC for participation in admission counselling process in any state/stage will not be eligible for participation in admission counselling
being conducted by this Counselling Board.

Furthermore, candidates who were allotted state quota/AIQ seats in previous rounds by this Counselling Board, will have to vacate their seats and will have to proceed with admission in an
AIQ seat allocated by AACCC in any round, if the case may be. Failure to do so will render them ineligible for the entire counseling session.

2. No admission will be done by UG PG AYUSH Counselling Board, Rajasthan after cutoff date decided by Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India, New Delhi.

Additional Documents Required for Candidates Applying for NRI Seats:
➢ If the Sponsor NRI/OCI/PIO is currently residing in India, a proof in the form of certificate issued by the Indian embassy in the concerned Country/Ministry of external affairs, Government of India for this purpose is essential along with undertaking in the prescribed Proforma-6 on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/- executed by Sponsor NRI /OCI/PIO and duly notarized.

➢ If the Sponsor NRI/OCI/PIO is residing outside India, a duly notarized undertaking in the prescribed Proforma-7 executed by the sponsor and notarized by the Notary Public of the foreign country where the sponsor resides being submitted by the sponsor, it be treated as sufficient as to the factum of the residence of the sponsor. NRI undertaking must have been issued on or after date of NEET 2024 examination
➢ Father/Mother/Guardian shall also submit an undertaking regarding relationship between Sponsor and candidate in Proforma-8 along with the address of parents and local (Indian) guardian. (Applicable for NRI Candidates)

The respective colleges will ensure the NRI status of the candidates at their own level. Candidates will be required to submit this print copy of the application form (duly completed in all respects) at the time of reporting at the specified place OR allotted Ayurveda/Homeopathy/Unani/Yoga & Naturopathy college (as per direction given by the Counselling Board), failing which their candidature shall be rejected / they will be disqualified without any further correspondence.

Reporting to the College After Counselling/Joining Time:

• Each candidate shall be given the time as mentioned in the allotment letter, issued on line, to join the allotted college and course. There is no provision of extension for joining date under any circumstances. The allotment made will be firm and final. Change of college/course from one place to another is not permitted. Therefore, request for the same would not be entertained by the Counselling Board after the allotment, except the candidate can opt for 2nd round of counselling for change of college/course as per allotment.
• While reporting for admission, please carry all the relevant certificates/documents in original and also submit an undertaking (Performa-9 on Non-Judicial Stamp of Rs 50) that the submitted documents are in original.
• The fact that a candidate has appeared for allotment shall not entitle him/her for allotment reallocation as the same will be subject to availability of seat and acceptance of the available seats at the rank of the candidate by him/her.
• The selected candidates will be required to undergo medical examination at the allotted institution on the notified date(s).
• Provided that if any candidate is not able to report for Medical Examination at the Institution on the notified date on medical grounds or due to some other circumstances beyond his/her control and his/her parent/guardian comes in person on his/her behalf for verification of the original certificates to the college he/she will be considered for provisional admission. His / Her formal admission will be confirmed only when he/she is found medically fit and fulfills other requirements as per the dates notified.
• Candidates who fail to attend medical examination on the notified date are liable to forfeit the claim for admission.
• Candidates who have been admitted must join their classes on the date to be notified.
• The selection for this admission will be cancelled if the selected candidates do not report to the allotted college and deposit fees up to the stipulated date or whose particulars are not found correct or who are found medically unfit.
• The selected candidates must also carry all requisite certificates and documents in original and also submit an undertaking that the submitted documents are in original along with self-attested copies of the same, at the time of reporting in Round 1, at the time of counseling of Round 2 and mop-up round and shall deposit the applicable fees of the allotted college and complete other formalities within stipulated time, failing which their admission shall stand cancelled.
• The candidates must present the accepted resignation/relieving letter from the institution he/ she is pursing studies at present, at the time of reporting. Failure to do so will result in disqualification for admission.
• The non-viewing of the websites about counselling process/allotment information by the candidate shall not be accepted as a ground for non-reporting on the scheduled time and date. The candidate's allotment will stand automatically cancelled if he/she does not report IN PERSON to the allotted reporting center as per the notified schedule.
• A candidate shall have to deposit the annual fee of the allotted college for the session 2024-25 with deduction of counselling fee Rs. 25000/-, where he/she is admitted within the notified time after the counselling. Only after depositing this fee, the college shall confirm the admission. Their counselling fee will be adjusted with annual college fee.

MMM Government Ayurved College, Udaipur BAMS NEETPG Counseling is conducted by 1) AACCC-PG e-Counseling ( Open To All ) and 2) Raj Ayush PG Counselling Board (State Domicile)

The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, conducts online counseling for admission to Post Graduate (MD/MS) courses in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy (ASU&H).   • AIAPGET-2024 Qualified candidates must register on the AACCC website (https://aaccc.gov.in) to participate in AACCC-PG counseling.
  • Candidates must use the same email address and mobile number for counseling registration that was provided to NTA during AIAPGET-2024 examination registration.
  • All official communication from AACCC, Ministry of Ayush will be sent to the registered email address and mobile number only.
  • Requests for changing the registered mobile number or email address will NOT be entertained by AACCC, Ministry of Ayush.
  • Candidates are advised to use a Laptop or Computer with the latest version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Windows, or iOS while registering and filling choices to avoid technical issues.
  • Carefully enter details during registration, as seat allotment will be based on the provided information.
  • Candidates should download the ‘Sandes App’ to receive OTP on their registered mobile number for registration.
  • AACCC, Ministry of Ayush, reserves the right to alter, amend, modify, or apply any instructions/rules in the information bulletin. In case of any disputes regarding eligibility, counseling, or registration, the decision of AACCC, Ministry of Ayush, will be final and binding.

Round-1 Counseling Process

Eligibility:

Only AIAPGET-2024 qualified candidates can apply/register for AACCC-PG counseling.

Process:

Step 1: Registration – Candidates must register on the AACCC-PG portal to participate in counseling for admission to ASU&H-AIQ seats under Govt./Govt.-Aided/Central Universities/National Institutes/Deemed Universities.

Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee – Candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee + refundable security deposit as per their chosen counseling category.

Step 3: Choice Filling – Candidates select their preferred streams and institutes. If they do not lock their choices in time, the system will auto-lock them as per server time.

Step 4: Seat Allotment Processing – Seats are allotted based on merit and candidate choices locked during choice filling.

Step 5: Provisional Result Publication – The provisional allotment result is published on the AACCC-PG portal. Candidates can email [email protected] for queries before the final result is published.

Step 6: Final Seat Allotment List – The final result is published, and candidates can download the allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.

Step 7: Physical Reporting – Candidates must report to their allotted college/institute with all original documents within the stipulated time (Refer to FAQs 25-30).

Note: The registration unlocking facility schedule is available “as a one-time measure” for all candidates who have not locked their choices to edit/modify their registration details on the portal if they fill in any wrong information.

Round-2 Counseling Process

Eligibility:

a) AIAPGET-2024 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round 1
b) Candidates registered and participated in the 1st Round but were not allotted a seat. No need to register again.
c) R-1 not joined candidates who have opted for free exit in the 1st Round.
d) Candidates joined the R-1 allotted seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation at the time of reporting during R-1.
e) Round 1 joined candidates who availed of free exit and filled choices till the last day of choice filling period for R-2 are eligible for seat allotment. (Free exit period for R-1 joined candidates is available till the date of announcement of the R-2 final result-excluding the R-2 final result date)

Process:

Step 1: Registration for all AIAPGET-2024 qualified candidates who wish to participate in AACCC-PG Counseling for admission to ASU&H-AIQ seats under Govt. / Govt. Aided/ Central Universities/ National Institutes / Deemed Universities (The candidates who participated in 1st Round need not be registered again)

Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Refundable Security money) as per the candidate’s preference on the ‘selection of counseling’ in the AACCC-PG Portal i.e.,
(i) AIQ-Govt.
(ii) Central Universities-National Institutes
(iii) AIQ- Govt. Aided
(iv) Deemed Universities (No need to pay by the candidates, who have already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round)

Step 3: Choice filling as per the candidate’s preference on streams and Institute. (Candidates can lock their choices as per schedule; if the candidate cannot lock the choices in time, it will automatically be locked as per server time.)

Step 4: Processing of Seat allotment as per candidate’s merit and choices on streams & institutes locked by the candidate/locked as per server time on portal.

Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-PG portal: If there are any queries on the allotment, candidates must mail to [email protected] within the specified time before publishing the final result. (Requests/queries on allotment after publishing the final result shall not be entertained.)

Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list (final result): Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.

Step 7: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents (Refer FAQ No. 25 to 30) within the stipulated time as per schedule.

Round-3 Counseling Process

Eligibility:

a) AIAPGET-2024 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round 1 & Round 2. Need to register afresh.

b) Candidates who have already registered and complied with the counseling scheme but were not allotted seats in the 1st Round & 2nd Round. No need to register again.

c) Round 1 allotted candidates who availed of free exit.

d) Round 1 admitted Candidates who availed of Free Exit till the date of announcement of the R-2 final result (excluding the final result date).

e) Round 1 admitted candidates but not upgraded during R-2.

f) Round 1 admitted candidates but not upgraded during R-2 and availed of exit with forfeiture of counseling fees 3 days prior to the commencement of R-3 can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.

g) Candidates joined the R-1 allotted seats and submitted willingness for up-gradation but did not participate in the 2nd Round of counseling.

h) Candidates joined the Round-2 allotted/upgraded seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 3rd Round.

i) Round 2 non-joined candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.

j) Round 2 joined candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture of counseling fees 3 days prior to the commencement of R-3 can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.

NOTE: Candidates who wish to participate in R-3 need to make a calculative decision before participating, as once they are allotted/upgraded a seat in R-3 of AACCC-PG Counseling, they must join the R-3 allotted/upgraded institute and their earlier allotted seats/admitted seat/allotted seat after R-3 result through any rounds of State/UT Counseling, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Process:-

Step 1: Registration for all AIAPGET-2024 qualified candidates who wish to participate in AACCC-PG Counseling for admission to AIQ seats under Govt/Govt.Aided/Central Universities-National Institutes/ Deemed Universities.

Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + refundable Security Money) as per candidate’s preference on the selection of counseling in the AACCC-PG Portal, i.e., (i) AIQ-Govt (ii) Central Universities-National Institutes (iii) AIQ-Govt. Aided and (iv) Deemed Universities. Those candidates who have availed exit with forfeiture of counseling fees need to pay complete counseling fees again for participating in the subsequent rounds.

Step 3: Choice filling as per the candidate’s preference on streams and Institute. The choices filled during the 1st & 2nd Round become null & void (candidates can lock their choices as per schedule; if the candidate cannot lock the choices in time, it will automatically be locked as per server time).

Step 4: Processing of seat allotment as per candidate’s merit and choices on streams and institutes locked by the candidate/locked as per server time on the portal.

Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-PG portal; if any queries on the allotment, candidates must mail to [email protected] within the specified time before publishing the final result. Requests/queries on allotment after publishing the final result shall not be entertained.

Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list (final result): Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.

Step 7: Publication of list of candidates who secured their AIQ-PG seats through R-1/R-2 till the date of announcement of R-3 final result and who have been allotted seats in R-3 are ineligible for any Ayush-PG Counseling 2024 (Central/State-UT). These candidates are ineligible to participate in other Ayush-PG counseling.

In this regard, it is also informed that the candidates who withdraw their seats during the period between 3 days before the commencement of R-3 and till the date of announcement of R-3 final result (excluding the final result date) are ineligible for AACCC-PG Counseling due to non-compliance of AACCC-PG Counseling scheme 2024.

Step 8: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents (Refer FAQ No.25 to 30) within the stipulated time as per schedule.

Stray Vacancy Round (SVR)

  • Vacant seats in Govt./Govt. Aided Colleges, Central Universities, and National Institutes after Round 3 of AACCC-PG Counseling will be filled through an online Stray Vacancy Round by AACCC, M/o Ayush.
  • Deemed University vacant seats after Round 3 will be filled through the AACCC-PG portal by respective universities.
  • As per the High Court of Gujarat's order (30.11.2023, SCA No. 19485/2023), the Stray Vacancy Round will have two phases (SVR-I & SVR-II) for Govt./Govt. Aided/CU/NI seats.
  • SVR-II is optional and will be conducted only if seats remain vacant after SVR-I

Eligibility:

To be eligible for admission to ASU-PG courses for the 2024-25 academic year, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a BAMS degree (of at least four years) or a Provisional Degree Certificate recognized under the IMCC 1970/NCISM 2020 Act.
  • Possess a permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by CCIM/NCISM/State Medicine Board.
  • Successfully complete a one-year compulsory rotating internship by 31st July 2024, as per NCISM regulations.
  • Achieve a minimum of 50th percentile in the AIAPGET-2024 exam to qualify for postgraduate admissions.
    These eligibility criteria must be strictly followed as per ASU-PG regulations.

For admission to ASU-PG courses, the minimum qualifying marks in AIAPGET-2024 are as follows:

  • SC, ST, and OBC candidates: Minimum 40th percentile.
  • Candidates with benchmark disabilities (as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016):
    • General category: Minimum 45th percentile.
    • SC, ST, and OBC categories: Minimum 40th percentile.
      There is no upper age limit for admission to ASU-PG courses.

ASU-PG Counselling 2024 – General Information

  1. Mode of Application: Apply online only through www.rajayushcounselling.in. Only one application per candidate is allowed.
  2. Instructions: Follow the guidelines in the Information Booklet carefully. Non-compliance will lead to disqualification.
  3. Contact Details: Use your own email ID and mobile number for communication. All updates will be sent via email or SMS.

Application Process – 4 Steps

  • Step 1: Fill the Online Application Form and note the system-generated application number.
  • Step 2: Upload scanned images of:
    • Photograph, Domicile Certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    • BAMS mark sheets (1st to Final), Internship & Registration Certificates
    • AIAPGET-2024 Admit Card & Mark Sheet (in JPG/JPEG format)
  • Step 3: Pay the application fee online and keep proof of payment.

Step 4: Print two copies of the Confirmation Page.

Incomplete forms (missing Step 2 or 3) will be rejected. Fee is non-refundable. The entire process is online; no physical submission is required. Regularly visit the website for updates.

Counselling, Merit List, Subject Preference and Allotment:

The ASU-PG counseling 2024 process involves online seat allotment based on the provisional merit list, category, subject-wise available seats, and candidate preferences from AIAPGET-2024 data. Candidates must deposit a ₹30,000 counseling fee through Net banking, Credit/Debit Card by the last date of choice filling. Failure to submit the choice filling form will lead to disqualification. After 1st round seat allotment, candidates must report to the Jaipur counseling board office, pay the remaining college fee online or via demand draft, and complete formalities. Non-reporting or non-payment will result in seat cancellation. Candidates allotted seats in the 2nd round can surrender within three days by submitting a Counseling Fee Forfeiture Form, or they will be disqualified from future AYUSH counseling. Candidates failing to report after 1st or 2nd round allotment will lose their seat and counseling fee but can reapply for the next round by paying the fee again. Candidates with incorrect information or failed document verification will have their admission cancelled, and the fee forfeited. Mop-up round participation is allowed for candidates who were not allotted seats in the previous rounds without needing a new application. Only candidates with original documents will be eligible for admission, as photocopies or documents held by other institutes will lead to disqualification. In-service candidates must upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC) before the choice filling deadline. If in-service seats remain vacant, they will be transferred to direct seats and filled by the same category or, if still vacant, by non-service candidates. Candidates must regularly check the official website for updates.

REPORTING TO COLLEGE AFTER COUNSELLING/JOINING TIME:

Candidates allotted seats during ASU-PG counseling 2024 must report to the allotted college within the specified joining time, as no extensions will be granted under any circumstances. The allotted seat is final and binding, with no option for changes. During reporting, candidates must carry all original certificates/documents along with an undertaking (Proforma-1) on a Non-Judicial Stamp of ₹50, confirming the documents are genuine. Candidates must also undergo medical examination at the college. Failure to report on time or for the medical examination will result in seat cancellation, and they will not be allowed to join later. If candidates fail to report, their seat will be allotted to another candidate. Those admitted must join classes immediately. All original documents with two sets of self-attested photocopies must be submitted at the time of reporting. Candidates must also deposit the remaining college fee through online mode/demand draft at the counseling board office within the notified time. Non-compliance will lead to cancellation of admission.

IMPORTANT:-

i. The candidates who do not join the allotted college will be treated as fresh candidate in the subsequent round of counselling.
ii. Admission will be cancelled if the selected candidates do not report to the allotted college and deposit fees within the stipulated period.

Note:

  1. No admission will be done by UG PG AYUSH Counselling Board, Rajasthan after cut off date decided by Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India, New Delhi.
    • Furthermore, candidates who were allotted state quota/AIQ seats in previous rounds by this Counselling Board, will have to vacate their seats and will have to proceed with admission in an AIQ seat allocated by AACCC in any round, as the case may be. Failure to do so will render them ineligible for the entire counselling session.
  2. The candidates, who have been found ineligible by AACCC for participation in admission counselling process in any state/stage will not be eligible for participation in admission counselling being conducted by this Counselling Board.
