Candidates who are qualified and eligible must register on the Directorate of AYUSH Chhattisgarh website (https://cgayush.admissions.nic.in) to participate in the online counseling process, as seats are not allotted manually or through nominations. It is recommended to use the same mobile number and email ID as used during the NEET (UG)-2024 registration. For a smooth registration and choice-filling process, candidates should use a laptop or computer with an updated browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox) and ensure their phone is equipped with the SANDES app to receive OTPs. Candidates should regularly check the Directorate’s website for schedules, seat allotments, results, and updates, as individual notifications will not be sent. Any legal matters regarding the counseling process must be addressed in the Hon’ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur jurisdiction.

AACCC will fill 15% AIQ seats in government Ayurvedic colleges, while the Directorate of AYUSH, Chhattisgarh will handle counseling for AIQ seats in private institutes and 85% state quota seats.

Registration/Application

Applications for AYUSH-UG Counseling must be submitted online exclusively through the Directorate of AYUSH, Chhattisgarh website (https://cgayush.admissions.nic.in) with separate registrations for BAMS/BHMS and BNYS courses. Candidates must complete the application independently, without third-party assistance, and can submit only one application; multiple submissions will result in disqualification. Registration does not guarantee a seat, as admission depends on fulfilling merit, eligibility, and institutional criteria. Information provided during registration must be accurate and self-certified, as no changes will be allowed later. Incorrect details or failure to present required documents will lead to cancellation of admission. Candidates should verify eligibility/domicile status before registering for State Quota or AIQ seats of private colleges. A unique password must be created and kept confidential to prevent misuse. Separate registrations are required for BAMS/BHMS and BNYS courses, and candidates may select State Quota, AIQ seats, or both during registration. A non-refundable registration fee is payable once until the Mop-up round, with fresh registration required for the Stray Vacancy round.

Counseling Rounds

The online counseling process will be conducted in four rounds: Round 1, Round 2, the Mop-Up Round and Stray Vacancy Round (If Needed)

ROUND-1Eligibility:All eligible and registered candidates can participate in Round-1
Exercising of Choices and Locking of choices. After online registration, candidates must fill in the choices of colleges/courses in order of their preference (higher to lower) and lock it before the server time.
The submitted/ filled choices can be modified by unlocking choices till stipulated time. If candidates do not lock the choices submitted by them, it will be
automatically locked as per schedule/ Server time. Candidates will not be allotted any seats if they don’t fill in choices even after online registration.
Candidates can download/print out the locked choices for future reference.
Process of Seat Allotment in Round-1

Seat allotment will be done on the basis of merit, choice filling & availability of seats.

  • Candidates are advised to download seat allotment letter before document verification and physical reporting at institutes.
  • Before downloading seat allotment letter, it is mandatory for every candidate to give his willingness online on counseling website, whether he
    wants to take admission in allotted institute or after taking admission wants to go for upgradation in next round or want to free exit from that particular
    Round of counseling.
  • Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round-1 can opt for willingness to upgrade in round 2 or MOP-Up Round. If any candidate have opted
    upgradation in any round of counseling but did not fill choice then his earlier allotted seat will be retained.
  • In Round-1, it is mandatory to take admission in Govt. Colleges after seat allotment. In case of private colleges, he has option of free exit (only in
    Round-1).
  • All admissions and resignations (if allowed) will be made through online mode only, no offline resignation of seat is permitted. Candidates must
    download the allotment letter from the Director of AYUSH, CG counseling website only.
Publication of result of Round- 1
Document verification/Scrutiny
  • Document verification will be done by scrutiny committee at Scheduled time & place.
  • Candidates must check the list of essential documents required (original documents) on counseling website before going for document verification
    and physical reporting at allotted institutes.
  • All the documents regarding category (Caste certificate), EWS certificate, Class(PwD, Sainik, Freedom Fighter), Documents for verifying OBC Non creamy
    layer status, Domicile, Class 12th mark sheet and other documents ascertaining the eligibility of the candidate must be dated before last date of the
    registration.
  • Certificate ascertaining the disability of the candidate and eligibility for seats under PwD quota must essentially be made by State Divisional/District
    Medical board only. No candidate producing any other medical board disability certificate will be entitled for seat under PwD class.

If any Candidate fails in scrutiny or unable to produce the required documents at the time of scrutiny/ admission (within stipulated time) in any round of
counseling then the Admission authorities has the right to cancel the Allotted seat, also the candidate will be ineligible for any further round of counseling

Physical Reporting & Completion of Admission Procedure: Candidates after successful scrutiny have to report physically at allotted college to complete admission process along with payment of college fee.
ROUND-2EligibilityAll registered candidates who opted free exit after seat allotment in private institute or those who had not been allotted any seat or those submitted
willingness for upgradation in Round -1 are eligible for Round-2.

Chhattisgarh AYUSH PG Counselling is a centralized process conducted by the Directorate of AYUSH, Chhattisgarh, for admission to postgraduate courses (MD/MS) in AYUSH disciplines Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Unani across government and private colleges in the state. The counselling is conducted based on the candidates' scores in the AIAPGET (All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test). Eligible candidates must register online, fill in their choices, and participate in the seat allotment process according to their rank, preferences, and seat availability. The counselling ensures a transparent and merit-based admission process for PG AYUSH courses in Chhattisgarh.

Registration/Application

Registration for Chhattisgarh AYUSH-PG Counselling must be completed online through the official website https://cgayush.admissions.nic.in, with no other modes being accepted. Candidates are advised to fill the application form themselves without involving agents or third parties and are allowed to register only once, as multiple applications will lead to disqualification. Registration does not guarantee a PG seat; admission depends on merit, eligibility, and government regulations. All details filled in the application must be accurate and final, as no changes will be entertained later, and incorrect information may lead to cancellation of admission. Candidates should confirm their eligibility and domicile status before registration. A unique password must be created during registration and kept confidential to prevent misuse. Applicants can choose seats under State quota or All India Quota (AIQ) of private institutes as per eligibility. A non-refundable registration fee is required up to the Mop-Up round, and fresh registration is needed for the Stray Vacancy round. Those allotted seats in earlier rounds are ineligible for the Stray round. Additionally, a refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is required, which will be forfeited if the candidate does not join or withdraws after allotment.
