The allotment of seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For the A.Y 2025-26 M/o Ayush has decided to include the AIQ seats of B. Pharm (Ay) ITRA, Jamnagar, in the AACCC-UG counseling and the allotment for the said seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 as per the eligibility conditions in the relevant Regulations laid down under ITRA Act 2020. The AACCC under the Ministry of Ayush, will conduct four rounds of online counseling for admissions into 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. These rounds include the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds, followed by two phases of the Stray Vacancy Round (SVR-I & SVR-II).

Eligibility: Candidates qualification requires passing 10+2 / Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) / Biotechnology and English; General/OBC/BC/EBC candidates must secure 50% marks and SC/ST candidates 40% marks in the qualifying subjects, while in NEET (UG)–2025, UR candidates must score at least 50% and SC/ST/BC/EBC candidates at least 40%. The minimum age for admission is 17 years as on 31 December 2025 (date of birth not after 31.12.2008). Only Indian citizens are eligible. For state quota seats, candidates must be permanent residents of Bihar and NEET (UG)–2025 qualified, and domicile eligibility also extends to candidates whose parents are residents of Bihar, employees of the Bihar Government, Central Government or Government of India PSUs posted in Bihar, or Bihar Government employees posted outside Bihar/Jharkhand as per rules. For private AYUSH colleges, candidates must be Bihar residents and NEET-qualified, with admission strictly based on NEET merit and conducted under the supervision of the Bihar University of Health Sciences, Patna as per state admission rules. Candidates whose names appear in the NEET (UG)–2025 merit list are eligible to apply online for UGMAC (AYUSH)–2025, and while participation in online counselling is mandatory for consideration, it does not guarantee admission.

Notes: Reservation of 10% for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) shall be applicable as per the notification issued by the Government of Bihar, Letter No. 284 / Patna, dated 26.02.2019. As per the circular of the General Administration Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, Letter No. 12722 dated 12.09.2014, reservation for women / handicapped / dependents of freedom fighters shall be applicable. As per Bihar University of Health Sciences Admission–2021, under Clause-8, while determining the number of seats for admission in undergraduate courses in state institutions / universities, each institution / university shall ensure that the reservation for women candidates is applied. Horizontal reservation shall be applicable over the vertical reservation. However, If seats reserved for women in any reserved category are not filled due to non-availability of eligible women candidates, then such seats shall be filled from male candidates of the same category. Such seats shall not be transferred to any other reserved category.
Candidates who are not permanent residents of Bihar shall not be entitled to reservation benefits in Bihar state institutions and shall be treated under the Unreserved Category as per the rules.
Based on the Rank List of NEET (UG)–2025, candidates belonging to SC / ST / EBC / BC / EWS categories of Bihar state shall be eligible to apply online under their respective reservation categories as per the Government of Bihar rules. At the time of online application, candidates must select the appropriate category.
Candidates belonging to reserved categories (OBC / SC / ST) in NEET (UG)–2025 shall be considered under the same reservation category in UGMAC (AYUSH)–2025. Candidates eligible for OBC reservation shall be eligible under OBC category only and shall not be treated as BC or EBC.

The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, conducts online counseling for admission to Post Graduate (MD/MS) courses in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy (ASU&H). The counseling is based on AIAPGET-2025 scores and is applicable for seats in Government, Government-aided, Central Universities, National Institutes, and Deemed Universities.

Only AIAPGET-2025 qualified candidates can apply/register for AACCC-PG counseling.
Step 1: Registration – Candidates must register on the AACCC-PG portal to participate in counseling for admission to ASU&H-AIQ seats under Govt./Govt.-Aided/Central Universities/National Institutes/Deemed Universities.
Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee – Candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee + refundable security deposit as per their chosen counseling category.
Step 3: Choice Filling – Candidates select their preferred streams and institutes. If they do not lock their choices in time, the system will auto-lock them as per server time.
Step 4: Seat Allotment Processing – Seats are allotted based on merit and candidate choices locked during choice filling.
Step 5: Provisional Result Publication – The provisional allotment result is published on the AACCC-PG portal. Candidates can email [email protected] for queries before the final result is published.
Step 6: Final Seat Allotment List – The final result is published, and candidates can download the allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.
Step 7: Physical Reporting – Candidates must report to their allotted college/institute with all original documents within the stipulated time (Refer to FAQs 25-30).

(iv) Deemed Universities (No need to pay by the candidates, who have already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round)
Step 3: Choice filling as per the candidate’s preference on streams and Institute. (Candidates can lock their choices as per schedule; if the candidate cannot lock the choices in time, it will automatically be locked as per server time.)
Step 4: Processing of Seat allotment as per candidate’s merit and choices on streams & institutes locked by the candidate/locked as per server time on portal.
Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-PG portal: If there are any queries on the allotment, candidates must mail to [email protected] within the specified time before publishing the final result. (Requests/queries on allotment after publishing the final result shall not be entertained.)
Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list (final result): Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.
Step 7: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents (Refer FAQ No. 25 to 30) within the stipulated time as per schedule.
a) AIAPGET-2025 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round 1 & Round 2. Need to register afresh.
b) Candidates who have already registered and complied with the counseling scheme but were not allotted seats in the 1st Round & 2nd Round. No need to register again.
c) Round 1 allotted candidates who availed of free exit.
d) Round 1 admitted Candidates who availed of Free Exit till the date of announcement of the R-2 final result (excluding the final result date).
e) Round 1 admitted candidates but not upgraded during R-2.
f) Round 1 admitted candidates but not upgraded during R-2 and availed of exit with forfeiture of counseling fees 3 days prior to the commencement of R-3 can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.
g) Candidates joined the R-1 allotted seats and submitted willingness for up-gradation but did not participate in the 2nd Round of counseling.
h) Candidates joined the Round-2 allotted/upgraded seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 3rd Round.
i) Round 2 non-joined candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.
j) Round 2 joined candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture of counseling fees 3 days prior to the commencement of R-3 can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.
NOTE: Candidates who wish to participate in R-3 need to make a calculative decision before participating, as once they are allotted/upgraded a seat in R-3 of AACCC-PG Counseling, they must join the R-3 allotted/upgraded institute and their earlier allotted seats/admitted seat/allotted seat after R-3 result through any rounds of State/UT Counseling, if any, shall stand cancelled.
Step 1: Registration for all AIAPGET-2025 qualified candidates who wish to participate in AACCC-PG Counseling for admission to AIQ seats under Govt/Govt. Aided/Central Universities-National Institutes/ Deemed Universities.
Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + refundable Security Money) as per candidate’s preference on the selection of counseling in the AACCC-PG Portal, i.e., (i) AIQ-Govt (ii) Central Universities-National Institutes (iii) AIQ-Govt. Aided and (iv) Deemed Universities. Those candidates who have availed exit with forfeiture of counseling fees need to pay complete counseling fees again for participating in the subsequent rounds.
Step 3: Choice filling as per the candidate’s preference on streams and Institute. The choices filled during the 1st & 2nd Round become null & void (candidates can lock their choices as per schedule; if the candidate cannot lock the choices in time, it will automatically be locked as per server time).
Step 4: Processing of seat allotment as per candidate’s merit and choices on streams and institutes locked by the candidate/locked as per server time on the portal.

Step 7: Publication of list of candidates who secured their AIQ-PG seats through R-1/R-2 till the date of announcement of R-3 final result and who have been allotted seats in R-3 are ineligible for any Ayush-PG Counseling 2025 (Central/State-UT). These candidates are ineligible to participate in other Ayush-PG counseling.
In this regard, it is also informed that the candidates who withdraw their seats during the period between 3 days before the commencement of R-3 and till the date of announcement of R-3 final result (excluding the final result date) are ineligible for AACCC-PG Counseling due to non-compliance of AACCC-PG Counseling scheme 2025.
Step 8: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents (Refer FAQ No.25 to 30) within the stipulated time as per schedule.
Note: The registration unlocking facility schedule is available “as a one-time measure” for all candidates who have not locked their choices to edit/modify the candidate's registration details on the portal if they fill in any wrong information.

Eligibility: For admission to the MD (Ayurveda) course, candidates must be qualified in AIAPGET–2025, be permanent residents of Bihar, and have passed BAMS from an NCISM-recognized Ayurvedic college. Fifty percent seats under institutional preference are reserved for candidates who completed BAMS from Government Ayurvedic Colleges of Bihar, while the remaining 50% open seats are available to candidates who passed BAMS from any NCISM-recognized Ayurvedic college. Candidates who qualified AIAPGET–2025, are Bihar domiciled, and completed BAMS before 15.11.2000 through Bihar Government competitive examinations in Ayurvedic colleges now located in Jharkhand are also eligible. Completion of 12 months compulsory rotatory internship within the extended deadlines prescribed by NCISM (up to 31 July 2025) / NCH (up to 31 August 2025) is mandatory candidates unable to submit the internship completion certificate at Round-1 or Round-2 must provide a signed undertaking, failing which admission shall be cancelled and the seat will be carried forward to Round-3 counselling. There is no maximum age limit for appearing in PG Medical Admission Counselling 2025 for MD / MS (Ayurveda). Candidates must be citizens of India, should be permanent residents/domiciled in Bihar, and are required to produce a valid Residential (Domicile) Certificate issued by the competent authority at the time of admission or as prescribed.

Procedure for Online Application: Candidates applying for PGMAC (Ayurveda)–2025 for MD/MS (Ayurveda) must download the prospectus from the BCECE Board website (bceceboard.bihar.gov.in) by selecting “PGMAC (Ayurveda)–2025” under the Prospectus section. Then, click on “Online Portal of PGMAC (Ayurveda)–2025” and complete the application process by following the on-screen instructions.
| Step-One (Registration) | For Registration, candidate will have to authenticate their identity by giving AIAPGET-2025 (Ayurveda) Roll No., Candidate's Name and Date of Birth as appearing on the computer screen. After Identity / Data authentication, an OTP will be sent to candidate's registered Mobile No. and Email Address as provided during submission of AIAPGET-2025 (Ayurveda) Application Form invited by NTA. No request will be entertained to change / update the Mobile No. / Email Address throughout of the session before / after successfull Registration. While doing the registration for filling the online application form, he / she is also required to create password. After successfull submission of the Registration details an PGMAC ID will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining steps of the application form and will also be required for all future reference / correspondence. To complete the remaining steps of the application form candidate will have to login their account by entering their AIAPGET-2025 (Ayurveda) Roll No. & Password and will process the further activities to duly submit their Online Application Form. | Step-Three (Application Preview & Final Submit) | Candidates are advised to check their entries provided in Step-1 & Step-2 of the application form and if found any anomalies, click on "Back to Edit" button and rectify it. After rectification click on "Save & Continue" button so that the entries provided by them could get updated. If all the information's provided during filling of Online Application Form found to be OK on the preview page, click on "Final Submit & Proceed to Payment" button by giving the declaration and pay the Counselling Fee & Security Deposit as per instruction provided in Step-Four. If candidates does not do the final submission of the application form and payment of Counselling Fee & Security Deposit within prescribed date & time then their filled up application form will get rejected, for which candidate will be himself solely responsible and no any request will be entertained regarding this. | ||
| Step-Four (Payment of Counselling Fee & Security Deposit ) | After clicking "Final Submit & Proceed to Payment" button, complete the payment procedure according to instructions appeared on the computer screen regarding payment of Counselling Fee & Security Deposit. | As per above table, the candidate has to pay the refundable security deposit, if applicable, through online mode only e.g. by Credit card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI at the time of registration and submission of the application form. | Step-Five (Choice Filling) | After successfull payment of Counselling Fee & Security Deposit candidate have to fill Choices of course and Institution / Colleges in order of preference. Candidate will have to lock their filled up choices before scheduled last date and time. If candidate lock their choices and again want to edit their filled up choices, then candidate may modify their choices by clicking "Unlock Choices" link by authentication through their password and OTP sent on their registered Mobile No. / Email ID. Candidates are advised to Lock their filled up choices before scheduled last date and time so that they could download or print their filled up and submitted choices. If candidate does not lock their filled up choices within scheduled last date and time, their choices will get automatically locked after last date and time of choice filling. Editing / Correction of Application Form: The correction facility is available only to candidates who have successfully submitted the online application and paid the fee within the due date. To make corrections, candidates must log in using their Roll Number and Password, click on “Edit your Online Filled Application Form”, and verify through OTP sent to the registered mobile number/email ID. After verification, candidates may edit or keep their details unchanged but must click “Final Submit”; otherwise, the application will be treated as incomplete and not eligible for seat allotment. If any correction results in an additional fee, the required amount must be paid at final submission, failing which the application will be rejected. After final submission, candidates can edit, save, and lock their choices and download the printout. If choices are already locked and further correction is required, the candidate must unlock the choices first and then edit the application form.
