Chaudhary Brahm Prakash Ayurved Charak Sansthan (CBPACS) is an autonomous Ayurvedic Medical college and Hospital under the Govt. of NCT of Delhi and is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860.The chairperson of the Governing Council of the Institute is Hon’ble Minister, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of Delhi.The institute is named in the honor of first Chief Minister of Delhi, Late Shri Chaudhary Brahm Prakashji.

The Institute is currently running a graduate program (B.A.M.S) with annual intake capacity of 100 students. The institute has also started post graduate program (MD Ayurveda) in 5 departments  with total 29 seats.The institute is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine and approved by Department of AYUSH, Govt. of India. Subsequently, the institute has planned to start PG diploma and Ph.D program in various specialties of Ayurved in the coming years.

HOSPITAL: The 210 bedded hospital attached to the institute is centrally Air-conditioned and is providing health services through its highly skilled and experienced Doctors. The hospital has 22 functional OPDs of different specialties like Kayachikitsa (Medicine),Panchkarma, Shalakya (Eye & ENT), Stri-Prasuti Vigyana (Gynae & Obs), Kaumarbhritya (Paediatrics), Shalya (Surgery), Swasthvritta and Yoga etc.

Admission Process

Admission into BAMS, BHMS, BUMS & BNYS Courses in all the Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Unani and Naturopathy Medical Colleges affiliated University of Delhi for the academic year under Competent Authority Quota seats i.e., the seats in Government Ayurveda, Homoeopathy & Unani Colleges and Competent Authority Seats in Private Un-aided Non-Minority Ayurveda, Homoeopathy and Naturopathy Medical Colleges under University of Delhi.

Course Duration:

 5 ½ Years (Study Period – 4 ½ Years + Compulsory Rotating Internship 1 Year) 

Seat Distribution:

-15% AIQ (All India Quota)

AACCC will be doing Counselling for minimum of 15% AIQ seats for Government, Government aided Central Universities, National Institutes, Private colleges and 100% seats for Deemed Universities.

-- 85% Government Quota

 85% seat filled through government Counseling conducted by under University of Delhi AYUSH, Delhi.

Eligibility:

  • Candidates must possess BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS/Graded BHMS degree
  • Candidate with a provisional BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS Pass Certificate (recognized as per the provisions of the IMCC 1970/HCC 1973 Act) can also apply for AIAPGET
  • Permanent or provisional registration certificate of BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS/Graded BHMS degree qualification issued by the CCIM/CCH/state board/universities/deemed universities
  • He/she must have completed one year of internship or is likely to complete the internship on or before December 31, 2022
  • There is no upper age limit for the candidates appearing for AIAPGET 2022
  • NTA has not specified the number of attempts permitted to clear AIAPGET, thus a candidate can take the examination as many times as he/she needs to clear it.

Note: Candidates found to be ineligible at any stage will not be permitted to appear in the examination. In an unlikely event of any ineligible candidate appearing and/or qualifying AIAPGET 2022, the result/candidature of such candidate shall be cancelled.
